He guided me properly about places to visit, and helped me avoid unnecessary expenses. Asif was always on time — in fact, most of the time he arrived even before the scheduled time. Despite his duty hours ending, he stayed with us late at night just to ensure our experience remained comfortable and enjoyable. He was very polite, soft-spoken, and patient. The car was very neat and clean, and his driving was smooth, safe, and confident. I strongly recommend requesting Driver Asif — he genuinely makes the journey special. Overall a very good experience. Only thing that can be improved is planning of the daily iteirnery . The cab driver asked us what places we want to see every single day, whereas it should be opposite. He should tell what all to see in each place ,how would we know! Also we had heevan stay in pahalga

m and the place to see in pahalgam to as closed . Only the places besides heevan was open for tourist. The travel agent should have told us that you need not see those places as you had a stay at heevan . Our day ,time and money all was wasted because of that. We could have left pahalgam in morning itself and could have taken an evening or night flight and saved one day. Overall for the travel agent to stand out he should plan and communicate the iteirnery which is feasible and actually worth watching for the tourist( e.g zero point at sonmarg had nothing to see, outrightly waste of money and time.)
