Everything was really good. Our tour guide was really helpful. Except for the stay in lake view comfort bungalow it lacked security. We were robbed of 1,69,000 in the middle of the night from our room. Cos of this we had to go file a complaint in the police station. And one day of the trip was lost.and our guide and travel agent were very helpful in solving this out.

The hotels Kanaka chose were very good. When we were not happy with one of the hotels, he helped to change the next day. He had included the dinner as well in the package and hence the deal was really value for money. The driver could have been better, was lacking local contacts. We had opted for a 6 day / 5 night package. The accommodations provided was kind of remote which forced us to have dinner in the same place. Unfortunately dinner wasn't the best and it was expensive as well. This was the case in both Kandy and Bentota. In fact the resort in bentota didnt have dinner options. The manager there was kind enough to take us to a place outside to buy some dinner. please note I had a couple of elders (80+ and 70+) with me and it does help to have comfortable dinner options. Payments - looks like the local partner and travel triangle are not in sync. Overall experience was nice. The boat safari in bentota stands out.

This was our first trip with travel triangle and i must say we are very happy with the travel agent Shivangi,Kandy and Benthota hotels were awesome but Colombo the hotel and service was disappointing especially as there was no buffet breakfast n service was very slow. . Our driver Mr.Rohana was prompt and courteous. Overall satisfied n happy with travel triangle. The suite at Kandy and the beautiful view from Joe's resort at Benthota as well as the buffet breakfast at both these places.

Hi. Overall trip was properly planned and we have thoroughly enjoyed the whole trip. Arfath the driver of our car was very helpful, however, the car itself was not very comfortable. The hotels were very good, however, it were too far from main towns. So suggest to find some hotels nearby towns so that travelers can save time and can roam around easily without car also.

We initially started booking hotels, cabs and places to visit by ourselves only to realise it's a hercularian task and will take days and hours of planning. We logged onto to travel triangle casually to check the hotels and itenary to get to know the places in Srilanka. I then took the quote given by liesure travels and asked them to call me. The trip coordinater Ms.Ajanthi sent us a good itenary at a reasonable price. Since the beginning of the trip we were skeptical about leisure travels because it's a new country where we don't know anyone and never been anywhere. But we were completely wrong from day one. To our surprise, the trip co ordinator Ms.Ajanthi, who spoke with us over phone, came to escort us to hotel on the day we landed.We were escorted by a mini Limo, I have never seen such a techno car in India. We were given a tourist sim card. She was very polite, courteous, always available. The itenary she prepared and hotels she booked for us was a delight. We loved all the hotels and itenary except one place. For that reason, she shifted us to a really comfortable hotel at once. The driver ( Sheeran ) was one of the nicest person and a professional driver. He followed all the traffic rules and didn't rush to take us to places. He was helpful and guiding us throughout the trip. A thorough gentleman. Over all it was a safe, comfortable and enjoyable trip. We hope you find this review helpful.
