      Everything was good. The way the agent spoke and guided us. He was very kind and communicative. There was a small language issue with us and the driver since he doesn't speak our language but that was quiet manageable. Also the hotel was very good except that it wasn't cleaned completely.       I am not at all happy with my travel agent..The trip plan was good but last day they spoiled everything..They did not told us the timings properly for the trip start and trip end because of this we had to cancel some places on last day and we had to end trip before reaching the home and booked uber to reach home back.Such a horrible experience.. please check the timings and all the charges in advance before finalizing the trip.

      The trip to Coorg was amazing but due to heavy rain we couldn’t visit 3 places like tala kaveri mandalpatti & Elephant Dubbare. So felt that the money spent on the trip was not fully utilised for visiting the places. The hotel stay was good but the food wasn’t great.

      Travel tringle experience is OK, and response from Postcard Trip was good. I had issue with Cab driver, he was driving carelessly and all the talking on phone. After complaint also he did not change his attitude, we could not able to enjoy our journey because of his loud talking all the time and rude behavior. Also driver was discussing all the things we are talking in cab with other people, that was disturbing our privacy very badly.

Only thing was while booking the package the hotel was said to be Pranav International, at later point when we were already on trip I was told by the driver/trip coordinator that hotel is too far from the actual sightseeing place and the hotel was changed with additional 1000 rupees. This could have avoided early on while the agent was making the hotel bookings.
