    We have faced initially some hiccups due to not taking proper care in submission of documentation by the person doing the visa application and it made us little uncertain about our tour plan but team has worked it out in avialable time.One of my son visa was not processed by Agency due to passport issue and we mutually agreed with agency to process it on arrival by ourself .However this payment needs to be refunded to my account which is pending and agency needs to do it ASAP. Over all tour within Dubai went well.

    I have been to Dubai with my husband for 5 days. We opted for travel trianglr agent. The overall trip was good. But we got fooled twice by the guide as we overspent unnecessarily in dates shop and desert safari. There were 2 meals as part of itenary, dinner cruise and desert safari dinner . Both meals were worst. Very disappointed. The 1st car tat came to pick from hotel was so small and so many people, so conjusted it was.

    Our Dubai travel was arranged by House of Travellers. There were some initial hiccups with their response time and agent availability in time of needs which made us anxious however later my case was handled by Mr. Pradyum who ensured all things arr taken care smoothly. They even refunded me the extra amount paid within 10 days from refund initiation. Now coming to the trip- our trip was overall good and went as planned. The highlight of the trip was the desert safari who was absolutely awesome.Day 1 Marina cruise food was not that great and the boat was pretty crowded but the Dhow river cruise as such was ok. Half day city tour of Dubai could have atleast included gold souk/ spice souk; it seemed very short and was wrapped up in max 2.5 hrs. All drivers and cabs provided were professionals except one guy Mr Zarshad who was over chatty and even asked for separate tips and cold drinks on the both the days he was assigned to us which we felt was little unprofessional. Throughout our stay all necessary communication and updates were shared in watsapp in a timely manner. Overall we had a good travel and stay. Thanks you for arranging everything. Desert safari was too good. Special thanks to our tour guide Mr Ahsan. Even with a small 2.5 yr kid we throughly enjoyed the desert safari including our kid.
