The overall Dubai experience was OK. The Hotel Panorama Grand is good with respect to its location (near to local market such as Meena Bazaar) but overall hotel was very OK (definitely not a 3 star type hotel). There was a booking scare with us at the hotel as when we reached there was no booking inspite of we having booking voucher. Need to make few calls to Travel Triangle and travel agent finally to get booking confirmation after waiting almost an hour at the reception. The cab drivers were good. Forex Card facility provided by Travel Triangle through DCB Bank was also very affordable and pleasant.

There were multiple changes on itinerary requested by me but they handled politely and with patience . My experience (ANR Tours) with the on site travel experience was really good and memorable . The Hotel booked for us was really good especially the break fast . In a total of three days we covered Dubai Cruise,Burf Khalifa, Desert Safari,Half Day City Tour,Dubai Mall with ease and no strain . My Overall Experience with you guys was awesome . I would recommend any one who wants to enjoy the trip economically(with less money spent)and no strain to choose Sky Wave Solutions and ANR . These guys organize it well . The Hotel location provided by the agent was so bad, that we couldn't get food outside the premises. We already specified that we are travelling with one child & one infant. So the food availability near the hotel should be the priority. Also we had to spend lot of money in travelling with personal cab in entire trip. All specific instructions were given to all the coordinators. Still it got unheard. Its a very poor approach to the customers. I am not at all satisfied with the Hotel. Due to that, we had suffer with unnecessary extra expenses. I expect a call from the concern team to discuss the same. I want a proper explanation.

My trip was very well organised by Ebrahim travels from the day I booked the trip till I landed back in Bangalore. Thanks to their ground support team for cooperation and prompt response on WhatsApp throughout my stay in Dubai. However I felt that the role of travel triangle was only till I paid their platform fee of Rs600 as they didn't even bothered to confirm if I had really travelled or not but they were very proactive in reminding me about the payment dates.
