Overall Good Experience but few smaller things like better communication before trip, pro-active emails with required details were missing. One of the day the cab drive was very good - he went out of way to make us comfortable during Goa sight seeing, but the Cab driver who dropped us at airport was very rude and also drove very fast, rash and dangerously.

It's policies are little irritating to the customer in case of cancellation due to unfortunate incidents due to any national issues. In the same situation, other travel partners and airline partners were very much flexible and issues got resolved quickly. In case of Travel Triangle if you confirm your booking, then don't expect anything back even if your booking got cancelled due to life threatening situation. Be aware of it's policies before booking!

1. The room checking was at 2PM when we had already mentioned that we would be arriving early morning. Hotel gave one room to 8 people until checkin time. 2. Multiple agents were assigned and too much of miscommunication were happening. 3. Some spots were missed which could be because of many reasons. Could not blame entirely on the travel agent.
