ellent stay. Good balcony view. Room was spacious. Bathroom was hygiene and neat. Staffs behaviour was good.nice service. Food was very tasty and delicious. I strongly recommend both the hotels for comfortable stay. River rafting and paragliding games

er in the morning, they gave a bucket of hot water to manage...it was realy hectic. The hotel at shimla situated in a very busy street and the car parking is very hard and there was a no-traffic restriction between 8 to 9.30am and 4.45 to 6.30pm..and the violation will be Rs10000.it was hard for us and also it was never communicated to us either by travel agent or hotel people. Hotel people didnt even share the right location to reach there. We reached as per thier location shared, but it was not the right location. When we called them, they kept saying we will call you back in 5min, but never turned up. At last we drove back to that location with the help of Google maps. The breakfast and dinner options are less and also timing is hard for us. They serve between 8.30 and 10.30 for both breakfast and dinnner, which is hard for us to plan our visits. Travel agents should make sure hotel they book is pretty decent for the money that we pay. They should arrange the driver who can at least understand a little bit of English and the people at Hotel are properly responding to our queries and speak little English.

received it. My cab got changed in between and moved to other cab, informed same to him. He could have communicated to new driver and given all the trip details. But it didn't happen till I communicate and we are about to reach destination. I informed him saying driver don't know about trip details then he took the number from me. Cab ran mostly on CNG, so we need to get down multiple times while filling it. Its fine but not comfortable. Local shop people tried to sell adventures package which will cost 4 times more. Cab driver also tried to convince us which he couldn't have done. He might have some connections with them. Thanks Aman for making our trip memorable. Hotel rooms are good with balcony. Food is good. Followed itinerary very well.
