      Overall Manali and Amritsar trip was very good. Planned on Dec 23-29, 2019 Good points: Cab driver (Ashok Sharma) was very good guy considering travelling with family. Area of Improvement: While finalizing trip, it was told that Delhi manali will take 8-10 hr but it was around 16hr, that way agent could have advised to stay in Mandi or some nearer place in night and then can go to Manali at next morning. Instead of that they were more in hurry to final lead from customer. Hotel: Manali hotel was very good and Amritsar hotel was ok. Overall trip was Good with Guruji and Key point was arrangement of Good Cab driver.

      We really not had a good experience with the driver. The driver was not comfortable at all, he was not putting on the heaters (we had a toddler with us) and said scared us that he feels sleepy if he put on heaters and we asked him to postpone one of the place as it was raining heavily, he refused to do that. He was more worried about his car and neatness when we are in the car, he was posting few restrictions what to do and what not to in the car which was so irritating. Also the travel agent did not informed us that there will be no snow in sollang valley, so we had to pay more 2000 to the driver for visiting the place where there is snow. Ideally,the travel agent has to plan a plan B option if there is no snow in sollang valley.

      We booked cab & hotels for delhi-Jhibi-manali-delhi trip with Ideal Tours for our 4N/5D. Appreciation for Ms Urmila, supports pre-booking and post booking with them. We got suzuki dezire, the car was absolutely clean and the driver Mr Sunil was also co-operative with excellent driving skills. But during trip the driver charged 7500 extra (more than actual rate 4000 for Rotang) for rotang+sissu village where sissu was included in the final package. Also we faced a issue due to miscommunication regarding payment at manali hotel. But later Mr Krishna responded & sorted everything very quickly. hotel mansarovar tirthan valley - Hotel/staff/services were good hotel mountain green villa, Manali - Hotels/staff/services were good Overall nice experience. Suggestion - Need to be more professional in terms of dealing extra pays..Communication gap is there between agent and driver.

      All the arrangements done by the agency was very good including the driver and bus they provided. Rating them 3 in place of 4 because on the last day of trip there was some payment issue between the agency and bus driver which i had to intermediate.       Lotus inn was disappointing. Their menu was showing many items but no real room service nor a simple sweet after the buffet. Very blend veg food and no quick refills . One point that can be taken care of while booking hotel is to provide the options for room selection. Customer might not be aware regarding what options the hotel have.       I would like to take this opportunity to give feedback about the honeymoon trip i booked on behalf of my brother. I booked Shimla and Manali Honeymoon package for my brother and his wife through Travel Triangle(Travel & Time). Initially i was little concerned about this whole trip as it was first time i was booking it through Traveltriangle and especially Travel & Time( Travel company). However when i was approached by Mr. Amrit from Travel & Time, I was totally delighted to speak to him. He turned out to be extremely helpful & cooperative. He was right there from the booking time till the end of the tour. He patiently answered all my queries and helped me to plan entire trip starting from hotel selection, car driver and places to visit etc. It was him who ensured that this honeymoon trip goes as per the plan and i can see clearly see how diligently he managed and ensured this trip to be a memorable & pleasant event. My brother & sister in law came up with a very positive response about this whole journey, I must mention here about the Driver Balbir. He was not only driver but a guide too who navigated very carefully . He was kind and polite enough that i believe anyone would love to go along with him as far as this tour is concerned.       One thing that we liked the most in the entire trip was the service of the cab and the driver Khanu Singh. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable , polite, very helpful right from the our pick up from Jaipur Airport till dropping back to Udaipur Airport. Cab was always clean and tidy. Really appreciate his services. Apart from that, we stayed in 3 hotels during our visit to Rajasthan - 1) Hotel Silver Pride in Jaipur 2) The Prem Beacon in Jodhpur 3) Hotel Paras Mahal in Udaipur Our overall experience in these hotels was not good. 1) Hotel Silver Pride, Jaipur - The food was extremely good and the restaurant staff was very kind and helpful. But the hygiene and overall ambience of the hotel was not that great and there is scope for improvement. 2) The Prem Beacon, Jodhpur - Very bad service. Food was very bad, with no options at all. The reason given for the bad food service was that it is just 10 days back the restaurant is opened and so they are not ready yet. Hotel staff also not courteous. Hygiene was also not good. Overall very bad experience. 3) The Paras Mahal, Udaipur - Hygiene was very good. Food was ok. But the front end staff at the reception look confused. Though i had settled all payments in advance, they were asking me to pay again. It took time for them to check with their team and get back to get it sorted. This caused delay and unnecessary waiting for me. Overall, given the site tours, stays and overall package, i just felt the charges of Travel Vichar are little on the higher side.
