      1. Ms Shilpi Jain from TT was really professional and supportive. She was quite cooperative in planning phase and also during the trip itself. She deserves 10/10 2. Local driver cum guide for the trip - Mr Gus Tino, wasn't upto the mark. He changed itinerary as per his own choice and will. On day one he made us travel 7 hours on road and still we couldn't tour Uluwatu Temple and missed Kecak dance too just because Mr Gus decided to changed itinerary on his own. It was really horrible start to the trip., We missed dinner at Indian restaurant and ended up eating packaged cold food at hotel late in the night. Mr Gus wasnt aware about local attractions, their timings, attire required, food availability, etc. He depended on Google maps for planning the trip daily. Only saving grace was that he was a good driver. 3. Indian food at Ubud was good (Ganesha restaurant was really good). Suggestion - You should include Kailash Parbat Restaurant in Ubud as its the best one around. 4. At Kuta, Queens restaurant was really not upto the mark. 5. Also at these restaurants, I felt they considered Prepaid Indian Tourists as liability. 6. At both the hotels (Bintang Bali resort as well as Sthala resort), we were given last room at extreme end of the property. Hotel staff was really good but we paid for 5 star property so expected good rooms with better location. Breakfast was fine. 7. Booking, payments, follow-up with TT was really good 10/10 One suggestion: Kindly whatsapp/text the number of person/driver who's going to receive the tourist at airport. Its impossible to find your name among thousands of people holding placards.

Craft your stories has made my trip very smooth. Everything was planned so well. I was a solo traveler. Akansha khandelwal from craft team has taken care of everything and made sure I travel comfortably. However the hotel choice was not so good and can be done better next time. Aloha swing activity was the best part of trip. I really enjoyed it.

This was my first solo trip and i had the best time. The service throughout was amazing. The hotels were one of the best. Alindra Villa was the best. I had my own private pool which was mind blowing. The driver Darma was very welcoming and helpful. Maybe a little more English proficiency would have helped but nothing that google couldn't solve. Online translators helped a lot. But i have to say without his help i would not have enjoyed my trip. I would definitely recommend Travel Triangle and use it again for my next trip. Thank you so much AB Tourism and STS travels as well.

The trip was good. But we didn’t get what promised in the quote. The quote had following promises. 1. Floral bed decoration 2. Fruit basket 3. Honeymoon freebies We didn’t get any of these in the first hotel. We got towel decoration in the second hotel. I checked with agent and they said it’s upon the availability but the hotel reception in the Grand ixora hotel said they were not informed about any decorations. They were asked for room and breakfast which they provided perfectly. I need to get the quote updated for what we didn’t get The water sports and pool villa.

This is our first trip with Travel Triangle and I was not sure how it gona take an impression coz it's my honeymoon trip as well. But after seeing all the reviews I'd decided to go with TT. My experience was amazing. The hotels, agents, services, itinerary, places (suggested by agents) are super amazing. The best part was service. We missed our cruise ship in Bali and the agent has arranged it on immediate basis. We're constantly on call with her (Even in India it's 5 am) they supported me very well. Must recommended for everyone. NOTE: My trip was with TravelToogle agent.

Thank you for everything. I appreciate the efforts taken by Epicurean Travels who suggested me the best places to visit in Bali. Candle Light Dinner on beach was just exceptional, floral decor and live music made our evening every special. We changed 3 Hotels in 6 days, hotels were good, Sadara Beach Resort was the best. And the Driver Komang, he was the best driver I have ever met till date, while traveling around 400 kms I don't even remember even a single misdriving incident from him. He was very very calm, helpful and always on time. He helped us visit more places which were not even included in my itinerary. Lastly, Our Airline buggage misunderstanding which cost me 15k at the airport resisted me to give you 5 star rating. If you would have booked my buggage on time everything was exceptional. You guys were fantastic everywhere. because of buggage misunderstanding thing its a 4 star.

It was my first solo trip international. Hence I was bit concerned by all the arrangements and booking. I preferred travel triangle as I traveled once before with the help of them.. I would surely recommended this app for solo travellers and mostly the travel agent Epicurean Travels. I loved their support and dedication towards making my trip a memorable one. The best memories of my trip was my guide/driver I can call him my friend. He was so much full of knowledge about the country and also their was no irritation on his face how much ever time I took for each spot. Also one more highlights of my trip are the water sports

There were wow moments too as the company had arranged for beautiful surprises in each of our hotels. Would highly recommend others to book the trip. You will feel at home at Bali.
