Suneel's 5 days trip to Rajasthan

There were minor disconnects between people serviced and itinerary shared, but could get resolved. Hotel in Jaipur was ok, it was next to a drainage lane and could smell at times. Hotel service and staff are really good. Hotel in Ranthambore was good. Rooms were spacious and clean. Food and service are really good. Safari was as planned and executed well. Amber palace, seesh mahal & architecture. Jaigarh fort and it’s majestic view. City palace and its beauty. Spotted two tigers in Ranthambore safari.

For Hotels - both the hotels were good, rooms were clean, hotel location for Ranthambore was not far from safari entry point which was great and for jaipur hotel, it was near from traffic prone street which was chaotic, but overall stay was good. For Cab & driver: Cab services had book safari and mis informed the timing of safari which caused us inconvenient, also Cab driver suggested guide persons which I later felt unnecessary and the guide persons lead us to buy things from expensive shops and to do over price Pooja (ritual).

Ankit's 5 days trip to Rajasthan

Rajasthan trip of mine didn't meet my expectations. I would like to start with the hotel, the hotel which was provided to us in Jaipur was just fab because i have asked the agent to provide that and given extra money as well but for Udaipur it was horrible, the room was very small and that too on the corner where there was no lift also. Coming to cab , the driver drive so slowly that it too around 12hrs to travel from Jaipur to Udaipur. He takes necessary breaks in between and while going on break didn't switch on Ac as well. In short my suggestion to agent is that only if your provide the packages in exchange of money do provide the services as well for that if want extra money that it atleast we should have comfort if we are on a trip.

This is first experience through Travel triangle, I was bit concerned abt the trip as I was sending only my parents for the trip. But Ganesham Tours and Travel organized the trip well… the main plus point of the trip was the driver as he was cooperative and took care of them well.. it is very much required if you travel to un-known places to have one like tht.. I’m rather convinced that Mr. Saurabh kept his words and would like to appreciate Driver Mr. Gaurav. Overall will highly recommend this tours and Travels.

Amazing experience. Very good and helpful staff. Only concern was "Kanj Avatar Resort" in Pushkar was a bit far from city, so even though facility was good it wasn't very convenient. Would've preferred something closer to the city. Everything else was perfect, best service no complaints !!! Kudos !!!

Vital had done their best to make our Trip a memorable one. They were supportive and Aarti continuously followed up on our well being and difficulties that we faced during our stay. The Heritage village -Resort is uttermost waste hotel and also is in outskirts of Jaipur. Vital team assured me that they have black listed the hotel and will not offer it to any other travelers. Just for the people who’ll be reading my review, this resort Didn’t provided me a heater in winter , their flush wasn’t working and their water tap didn’t had a cap to control the flow of water. Breakfast was average though. Rest all was good, Driver was very professional and was always on time. Big Thanks to the Vital Team. Thanks for the Anniversary complimentary Lunch.

I would overall rate this Jaipur trip as 6/10. We really enjoyed our trip by visiting multiple places in rajasthan. The cab was also very convenient. The hotel stay which we got in Udaipur (Mukund Villas) & Chittorgarh (roop shree) were extremely good. We really got a very good service from their staff and felt like home. The only complaint we had was with Hotel Park Classic, in Jaipur. The service was worst, check-in almost took 30min, already used tea/coffee mugs were lying in the lobby besides our room, we were entirely disturbed by many people who were staying there in that hotel for some marriage function. They were playing dhols and everything inside the hotel rooms and lobby. Tried complaining many a times but the staff didn't care much.
