While the hotels in Jaisalmer and Jodhpur did not meet our expectations, the accommodations at the other locations were fantastic. We chose to travel triangle for planning our 8 day trip to 4 cities in Rajashthan from chennai in the 2023 year end. The travel triangle agent helped us in setting up the itenerary and the hotel accommodations. Since the arrival at the airport until the end of the trip, the agent was accessible and helping. All the hotels booked for us was awesome and made our New year's Eve wonderful. We never faced any difficulties in contacting the drivers after reaching the respective destinations. It was a beautiful trip altogether. The only negative remark about the trip was our 10 hour bus journey from Jaisalmer to Jaipur. The agent should have checked for better bus with better reviews/ ratings. The bus journey was very uncomfortable for my family consisting of elderly people as the drivers admitted a lot of people on the way in the middle of the night without reservation. Although we had reserved our sleeper births, the people sat on our seats and on the floor which never happens in South India on sleeper busses. This was very disturbing and scary throughout the night. So in future please ensure the bus bookings are from reliable travels and even if it costs and additional 500-600 rupees. All the hotel accommodations especially the accommodation in the Mandore guest house, Jodhpur was excellent. The Jaisalmer desert camp stay was a different experience with cultural shows, bonfire, the camel safari and jeep safari in the sand dunes. Once in a lifetime experience! The Udaipur City palace and the amer palace (Jaipur) tour was incredible The shopping experience in the bazars was also nice.

I registered for the Rajasthan Trip for 5N/6D covering Jaipur(2N), Jodhpur (1N) and Jaisalmer (2N) in the TT website in the month of December for the family tour (4-members). Though, there were a few hiccups, overall experience was memorable and satisfactory. The TT agent (Ms.Himanshi, Doodle Holidays) is so generous and helpful right from the tour planning to the execution. She has been quick in responding to calls, took prompt action and did the needful throughout the whole trip. Hotel rooms (premium rooms with extra bed) provided (VOnePride@Jaipur, Chandra Inn@Jodhpur, Rojani Resort and the Elite Castle@Jaisalmer) are good. The best ones were the Chandra Inn and Rojani Resort. If I have to comment any that will be towards the betterment of the transport service. I feel that the TT agents shall seek for drivers details name, photo, rating etc) from the assisting transport agency, and share to the tourists before the trip commencement. This will aid the tourist to know who is arriving and accompanying them in the tour. This will further aid in avoiding the intermittent driver changeovers and uncomfort to tourists. I feel that TT shall instruct their respective tour assisting transport agency to inform intermittent driver changeovers if any immediately and convey the same with the tourists, but not vice- versa. Also shall ensure, whether the transport agency has shared the tour itinerary with their assigned drivers. These things can be improved, with a little extra effort by the TT agents. I appreciate Ms Himanshi's efforts in this aspect in stopping the intermittent driver changeovers and retaining the same cab and driver throughout the journey. Visit to Amer Fort, City Palace, Albert Hall Museum, Gulab Ghar (personal choice), Jaswant Thada, Mehrangarh fort, stat at Sam Sand Dunes, Jaisalmer fort, Patwon ki haveli, etc.

Overall trip was really good.. driver was really kind, has good knowledge and took care of us very well. Best was stay in Jaipur, other location stay we didn’t like much. Royal stay in Jaipur. I choose Riva Holidays for my trip to Jaipur, Jodhpur and Jaisalmer and it was a nice experience. Kapil ji gave me a good itinerary and coordinated well throughout the trip. The hotel options were good, and the Desert experience was a memorable one. We had some issues with the car driver on day 3 of our trip, but Kapil ji was prompt to address that and resolved the issue with a new driver within one hour. That was helpful. The new driver Mr. Hemant Choudary was very friendly and guided us well. My only suggestion to Kapil ji would be to choose his driver team with caution, as the driver in these trips is a very important factor for customer experience and safety. I have booked a 5N/6D Rajasthan tour through TripSailer for 25Dec2021 to 30Dec2021. Jyoti assisted me in trip planning including hotels and cab and cleared all my doubts wrt itinerary. I had a smooth experience with them and had a wonderful trip comprising of Udaipur, Jodhpur and Jaisalmer. Everything was provided as per the booking voucher. They can improve on the cab coordination side as it required some handholding. I was very skeptical as I was booking 1st time through TravelTraingle but overall it was delightful experience.

Jaisalmer visit was very pathetic. My hotel was pathetic, camps were not booked. I have to wait there for an hour and asked Rs.15000 extra for check in.This amount is above then the package cost, They have informed me this thing only 2 days before the trip. No camel ride were provided as they mentioned it as complimentary. I have done it on direct payment basis.
