Ak's 4 days trip to Rajasthan

Both the trip and Trip sailer support was good. Lets also share +/- about trip. Positive: 1. The cab and cab driver [Bhawani Singh] was great, and very helping nature. 2. Food of both the hotels were superb. Needs to improvement: 1. As I have booked the trip request much in-advance, the expectation was to get the best safari zone to visit, but the Safari zone (Zone 7) given to me had a really bad route. Strictly No-No, if you are travelling with small kid. This should be taken care by agent and guest should be better updated on this. 2. With past travel experience, I somewhere know that when we book the rooms from agents v/s we book the rooms directly; the hotel keeps the separate rooms. And the same thing happened in Jaipur, it was a corner room, where the tap, hand shower were not working; also there was tore plastic sheet in bathroom partition, which can anytime hurt the guest. The same was informed to hotel reception. 3. When you pay for the trip, which also means the planning remains with trip agent. But, agent shared the coordinator name [cab/safari], where guest needs to contact them for any further lead and planning. This should be well managed.

This is the second time we visited state of Rajasthan, First time in Jaipur. It was really awesome weather and all places are very good. All the places were very clean. Roads were fun to drive on. Our tour representative (Sandeep ji) was also kind and good hearted. Driver took us to all the places in time and we never felt like we are out of our own town. View from the forts is just spectacular and it feels like to stay there and mesmerize the view. We booked the whole package from Travel Triangle website the package was totally up to the mark as expected. Its 4-5 tour booked from Travel Triangle. Everything went on well as per the package. We loved and enjoyed the whole trip without any difficulty. I would like to recommend others if you are looking/planning for a visit to Jaipur. You can book your package from Travel Triangle. I would like to thank “Sandeep ji” and “Travel Triangle” for helping us to visit this beautiful place. We would definitely like to visit the Pink city again...!!! Amazing experience. Very good and helpful staff. Only concern was "Kanj Avatar Resort" in Pushkar was a bit far from city, so even though facility was good it wasn't very convenient. Would've preferred something closer to the city. Everything else was perfect, best service no complaints !!! Kudos !!!

Vital had done their best to make our Trip a memorable one. They were supportive and Aarti continuously followed up on our well being and difficulties that we faced during our stay. The Heritage village -Resort is uttermost waste hotel and also is in outskirts of Jaipur. Vital team assured me that they have black listed the hotel and will not offer it to any other travelers. Just for the people who’ll be reading my review, this resort Didn’t provided me a heater in winter , their flush wasn’t working and their water tap didn’t had a cap to control the flow of water. Breakfast was average though. Rest all was good, Driver was very professional and was always on time. Big Thanks to the Vital Team. Thanks for the Anniversary complimentary Lunch.

Multiple layers of travel agents cuts down the quality of hotels, we ended up staying at a hosteler/backpackers place at Hotel Tokyo palace, jaisalmer, then at a Oyo hotel at a highway in jodhpur (they could have put us anywhere in jodhpur but chose the dark and duty highway), had a family with 2 small kids...to add to it there was no ccordiantion between the travel agent and the hotel and the hotel reception asked us to pay Rs 2500 upfront when we had paid all installments....Then they put us up at Hotel Sagar, the funny part this hotel has no reception and there is one desk and the person sitting there behaves as if he is the landlord than a customer friendly reception deck...Bottomline introduction of multiple travel agents cut down the quality of hotel..travel triangle to tripsailor, tripsailor to xyz travel agent or probably more ended up my family getting an oyo rather than 3 star hotel promised...the driver kunwar singh was an excellent human being..do ask for him if you want to have a pleasant trip..very well behaved chap...they replaced the driver in last day and he was not good..refused to take cabs at some places..asking us to take auto instead...

Saurabh was available whenever needed, the driver Yogesh was awesome as he was very very cooperative throughout the tour. Please avoid Sanjay Villas as they don't have hot water facility to start with, no wifi, their facility is not ready for more than about 8 customers for breakfast or lunch as there is no place for people to sit literally. Also please ensure there are water bottles and wifi with all the properties you are suggesting as few didn't have both of these facilities. Also, if you get an option please don't suggest AirAsia to any of the clients as they have the pathetic service and seating. Indigo is highly recommended. Thank you for hosting a very memorable trip
