Kasauli: Breathtaking sunsets in the mountains of the North 4 Days & 3 Nights

My travel plan is booked by vacation triangle and my travel agent is mis. Shivani, she is very supportive and give full support till tour end. Driver sourabh is very good nature and behave very nice. Hotel cozy nook also very good and provide good service at this cost.

This trip was amazing. Our cab driver Mr. Jobin joy was very cordial, polite and helpful. He drove very well, covered the destination and acomodated our requets for travel destinations :). While we had few hickups with hotel, the staff was very helpfull and service was excellent. Houseboat stay was amazing, staff was very cordial and we really loved the food. Thank you Oyatri for all the arrangements. You delieverd on everthing that was promised for this trip. Highly recommended!!!

It's a wonderful journey and all of guys very punctual about the time like cab driver . Houseboat people and resort management as well. And houseboat food was very nice and tea was awesome. Our cab driver Mr. Yusuf is very nice and cool person he was giver all the information related to our Kerala trip very decently and nature wise he is a very good person. .................overall experience was good and Kerala is a wonderful place.........We would love to visit again with Great indian vacation. Driver knows nothing, if we navigate him then only he'll take to our destinations. Mostly many people don't know how to plan because the doesn't know about all the places across world, travel agent should suggest and plan for satisfied trip. Coming to our trip he planned as 4 nights and 5 days, but in 5 days took three days for travelling. Except Hotel Ambience there is no such memory to remember

We had booked a trip to Amritsar and wagah which turned out to be a good one the hotels were budget with breakfast and dinner included which was ok. Our cab driver was polite and helpful. The only issue we faced was towards the end when the driver mentioned that he had not been paid for the trip and said that he could not let us leave till it was cleared by the vendor. Finally the vendor cleared the dues... However I would have expected that this be done earlier so that we did not have to face the hold up at the last minute when we were about to enter the airport.

Sudden Driver Changing just before the trip starts , confused me a lot ! This should not be done in my future tours through your agency!! Mr. Gurpreet was my cab driver throughout the tour . He drove in a very safest way . If I book any trip in future time , then I want him to be my driver again . God bless him.......!

It was so awful from the Travel agent part for giving such a pathetic travel experience. It was not only an unpleasant gesture from your side during the trip, even the end of the trip was absolutely inedible in our minds: 1. The driver allotted was not a local person and he does not know any side-seeing places and had no clue about the itinerary. It was us who guided him with the places with the help of Google maps. Adding to it, he delayed every single travel during the entire trip because of his dreadful driving skills. There was no speed and literally his speed was only 40-50kmph. On the last day, while dropping to Chandigarh airport , he purposely delayed and took us to Airforce instead of Airport. For a flight time of 7.10 pm he dropped us at Airport by 6.30 pm giving us complete mental pressure of missing the flight which is definitely not accepted. 2. The sales person from M/s Adventure Mania Mr. Anshu and his senior Mr. Shivam are amateurish and unprofessional. They have not taken us as per planned itinerary. Ifact, I wonder how these people leave us after making the full payment. During the entire trip, we followed-up with these 2 persons continuously and we were only on calls in the entire trip. Rohtang Pass was one of the places in the itinerary. But they have not got permits for vehicles for Rohtang Pass. This was not at all informed to us. In such a case why give a false itinerary just to get the payment. The sales persons did not have a courtesy to call back also whether we had reached and took the flight or not. I have all the call recordings of them which will definitely be published in social media pages. Totally fed up with this trip and booking with Travel triangle and definitely not going to recommend to any of our friends. Rather we would only advise them not to chose “Travel Triangle” for booking any trips. > > We had spent extra amount from our pocket apart from payment made to you and wasted so much of time in this trip.
