The Elephant Route hotel present in Thekkady is not a good option, room was good but the things present in the room were not good, like shower, WiFi. Also the driver is not suggesting us which place we can go or at what time we should leave the place to reach on another place. Overall Ok experience, it could be much more better.

Munnar and Thekkady were great. But experience in Alleppey was not good. We book a luxury house boat but the service provided by them was very bad. The agents should not book services with such house boat companies. Everything from check in to check out in the houseboat was bad experience.

Interesting 5 days through the nature of Kerala. Nice driver and houseboat crew, one of the best meals on the houseboat. Car and houseboat under expectations (or we would have upgraded if we had known), hotels very good but our own choice and upgraded. all in all a good experience!

The process of booking for the trip went smooth and everything went good and had good memeories except some disappointments like extra charges for the zeep ride about 4000rs which was charged from my parents(as i planned a trip for my parents) which was not mentioned before, i didn't like it making them spend. They should have mentioned it before so that i would pay for it, felt awkward knowing that.

The overall experience was pretty pleasant. However, the accommodations could have been better with respect to the breakfast options available. The resort in Munnar didn’t provide eggs for breakfast at all and the food was served a little cold. Moreover, the resort in Thekkady didn’t provide all facilities properly and the service was not up to the mark. The location of the resort in Thekkady was disappointing. I expected a better location with better service. The boathouse was the highlight of the trip and my family truly enjoyed the experience. The driver was very skilled and helped in maintaining a pleasant trip. The Boathouse in Alleppey.

Hi all, Our's was 4 N & 5 D stay which included 2 N at Munnar, 1N at Thekkady & 1N in Alleppey. The things that we wanted were being communicated clearly to the travel agent, that is 5 star stay with cab & air fare included in the whole package. Stay at Munnar was pleasant @ Elixir Hills Stay at Thekkady@the Mountain courtyard was not as great as @ Munnar, room provided was of Tamarind category as mentioned by the agent, it didn't look like one of 5 star rooms. The hospitality at the hotel was upto the mark, very cordial staff. The most disappointing part was the houseboat, as we chose best of stay for all three places, we made it clear for the houseboat as well . We were being promised for double deck (upperdeck), but nothing same was provided, when we tried having word with our agent - he said " fine mam, travel mein problem toh hota hai", we were being charged for those things which weren't delivered. Things that went well were the hospitality at all 3 places. Our cab driver Mr. Shahjahan had very good knowledge about the places, roads nd restaurants.

Its not my first time that i have booked my vacation from travel triangle, My 1st preference was travel triangle because of my past experience. I have been to Rajasthan before and my entire vacation, travel, experience was absolutely incredible. So, although i was getting much better packages from other travel partners but i had my share of faith with travel triangle so i gone ahead with it. I wouldn't say it was bad, i had some real good time at kerala everything was nice and well planned. Most of the all the hotels and staff was very nice and caring and they taken care of us very well specially people at spice lap hotel and kera house boat. Now let's come to BAD, service people who have handled my booking at timeless travel are not very efficient and professional when it comes to serve thier customers. At the booking i was offered a specific hotel which i liked but later it was changed to some other hotel and they put a blame on me saying i have delayed the payment hence could not book the specified hotel. I was very disheartened and not satisfied at all but somehow managed. I hope this gets highlighted to right people and some improvements is been made. Your sincerely Shahid Shaikh Stay at spice lap and kera houseboat

I went to Kerala for my honeymoon. Everything was well organized and planned by the trip organizer. The hotels were quite comfortable and were in a good location and the houseboat was perfect. I did not face the language problem as my driver was comfortable with Hindi and English both. All thanks to Ms. Alia from Trip Sailer as she was in touch with me throughout and planned such a beautiful trip for me.

. The hotels were booked at best places. The arrangement of places were as per our expectations. Main part of the trip is the driver always reached to the hotel reception area prior to 15 mins to scheduled time. Driver also speaks Hindi and English fluently and during a road trip he always explain about places and their legacy of life style and etc... Very good experience overall. Highly recommended Guruji travel and especially Mr. Mukesh and Ms. Khushi who coordinats so well. When the clouds are paased through the road and unable to see anything on road through a car. Very excited experience. Must visit Kerala once in a life at least and I highly recommend to go with guruji travel because they provided 5 star and 4 star hotels in very minimal cost which is unbelievable.

It was my first visit to kerela and after research I chose to go with 7C Destination. The whole trip went smooth and the driver was very kind. He very well took care of our requirements and took us to all the points and gave us enough time to enjoy and rejuvenate at different points. My agent Ranjith kept in touch all the times right from planning my itinerary to accomodating my adhoc requests and was very prompt at replying. Me and my wife are very happy with our trip to Kerela. It was a wholesome experience in the God's own country. Allepey house boat was a much delightful experience and unique in its own way. I will remember this experience for the rest of my life.
