All trip including Tempo Traveller, Stay in "At Wood Resort Munnar", "House Boat in Alleppey" was very good, memorable...

Munnar and Thekkady were great. But experience in Alleppey was not good. We book a luxury house boat but the service provided by them was very bad. The agents should not book services with such house boat companies. Everything from check in to check out in the houseboat was bad experience.

To write in detail about the 2 people we interacted the most First is Arun, our transport guide, during the 6-day Kerala trip, he went above and beyond to ensure our journey was smooth, comfortable, and unforgettable. His punctuality was outstanding - he was always waiting for us, with the vehicle prepped and ready to go, whether it was an early morning excursion or a late-night return. His professionalism shone through as he expertly navigated the busy streets, ensuring our safety at all times. Beautiful sunrise in the mountains of Munnar to the amazing waterfall view from Aranyaka Resorts, to a beautiful sunset in the backwaters of Alleppey and those picturesque beaches of Kovalam... Very comfortable and nice trip planned. Also hotels given where very nice for all the destinations Soma palm beach resort and Alleppey stay will be unforgettable

It was a lovely trip... the cab driver was very good and cooperative. We asked for 3-star hotels. However, apart from one hotel, none of the other hotels was 3-star. Moreover, the itinerary is a little misleading; for example, the same place with different names is mentioned as a different sightseeing place. One cannot verify each place mentioned in the itinerary. The day-cruise houseboat experience in Alleppey is awesome. The candlelight dinner table was decorated well, but the overall experience was not up to our expectations; even the candles were just two tea-light candles. Overall we enjoyed the trip and had good memories.

Cab was not equipped with sound system that made the whole long journey very difficult and worst Alleppey house boat was completely different than that was quoted In the package, deluxe or cheap house boat was given instead of premium house boat the agent was informed timely but nothing was done House boat made whole honeymoon worst

Our kerala trip was good and enjoyed whole trip. Cab was good and the cab driver was also good. We have enjoyed most in Munnar. Thekkady was good and very clean area. Enjoyed here like kathakali and Kalari martialats and enjoyed the Tusker cafe Sadyar thali which is kerala traditional thali in banana leaf. But in private house boat which was not situated in Alleppey it's very from main Alleppey and we have faced most trouble like no hygiene and clean the house boat and food was not good. You can house boat only run approx 3 hour in our full day journey so it was not good experience please improve this service for house boat. Thanks travel triangle for host our trip.

Thanks Mamta mam from Travel Unbounded for Amazing Kerala Trip. I have booked kerala honeymoon trip from travel unbounded in February 2024 and the experience was amazing. Hotels given in Munnar and Alleppey were wonderful, just one hotel at thekkady, was an average hotel and with very spicy food. Overall it was an beautiful experience. I really Appreciate the service, thanks again for the lovely experience.

Our kerela trip experience was awesome. And the cab driver Prathosht allotted to us was very nice person he always has concern about our safety and showed us all view points. Our first ever houseboat experience at Alleppey was awesome . Thanks alot for making our honeymoon trip memorable

JonJes - Amazing services right from the house boat to the cab and the driver and obviously the hotel selections. Anne from JonJes - the lady always available on call. Vishnu - drove us around central kerala and was always willing to suggest places. Ajith - we called him the houseboat king. Extremely polite and friendly. First experience of a houseboat and can't state anything bad. Even the staff on board was always willing to accomodate our out of glutton food demands. Biju - our driver for the rest of the trip from Alleppey to the north of Kerala - words can't describe his humble and friendly character. All his recommendations were worth the time and effort since we didn't regret a single place we visited even though at times we decided to skip for our comfort. Hotels - Jungle park in Thekkady - 5 stars is all I can state especially for the outdoor seating into the wilderness Raviz Kadavu - better than the 5 stars I've been to in other countries And with the amount of relaxation we had I can only remember the hotel names and not the locations
