Dear Trip Triangle, Greetings for the day! I have planned all my past trips on my own. This time due to other priorities I chose Trip triangle based on a friend's reference to get a proper and hustle free itinerary, best negotiated hotel prices, language friendly driver and a lot of memories throughout the trip. I would like to give my experience and feedback: Hotels were suggested by us, there was no price negotiation done from 7C's Destination. I was getting the same hotel tariff as the agents. The agent does not suggest the hotels as per our suggestion and our needs, they lack a list of hotels. The itinerary is so vaguely mentioned and the driver is unaware about all the sightseeing places we want to visit daily. Driver appointed to us acted sweet , humble but was cunning , always confused and always trying to fool us. Day 1: He did not take us to sight seeing as we reached late. 2 waterfalls mentioned on the itenary were not visited, the reason being no water, dark etc. Accepted all the reasons given by him. Day 2: He would not take us for sightseeing, instead take us to spice garden Ayur valley and force us to buy from there as we will not get good quality spices anywhere else. He dropped us at the hotel and when we asked about the sightseeing, he couldn't take us as the itinerary was not shared with him.I had to call the 7C's Destination agent Mr. Renjit to talk to him. Eravikulam National park was closed he should have mentioned earlier after reaching Munnar Mr. Renjit is saying you cannot visit due to breeding time. Day 3: We could not visit Periyar national park as it was fully booked 1 day prior. We spoke with other guests who had done online booking. On top of that Mr. Renjit is blaming us for not reaching prior 1 pm. To summarise the trip: Delhi Trip agent was not ethical, suggested we cancel the trip request at the trip triangle and they would give additional Rs 10,000 discount. 7 C's Destination were talking about ethics but lack to fulfill comments mentioned in the itinerary. Driver was taking commission at every place we visited Spicy shopping, Ayurvedic centers, Kerala chips and even for bookings which we did by ourselves. We received constant complaint calls from the surfing and kayaking schools stating the driver asked for commission. On declining the commission the driver posted negative feedback on the internet. Driver would not stay in our hotel or nearby hotels. He would be late by 20mins to 30 mins in the morning to pick us from the hotel due to which we missed all the major sightseeings in Munnar and Varkala. Other tour guests were getting the discount at Jatayu Earth center while we did not get any discount. We have spent Rs 1,06,340 but it was not worth it. It could have been much better. Amazing hotel rooms and Great experienced driver and very co-operative and patient travel agent made our trip memorable in Munnar and Alleppey Boat house in Alleppey and Places, Climate in Munnar

Rooms could have been better in Munnar Lots of memories were there like when we visited flaura and fauna best time there with animals and plants

Trip Booking and arrangements to Sakshi : Rate [ 5 out 5 ] To book this trip, I have been call with multiple trip agent, in that Sakshi is the person who explain me more in details, that what is the purpose of your trip, what are the sightseeing u must explore, and how you make more adventures, also many things which gain my trust to book with them. She did a very well arrangement by her expertise and make the tripe as per my wish. Hotels : ( Rate 4 out 5 ) Regarding Hotels wise I would like to thanks for arranging good Hotels, ( except the last one in Kovalam, It can be the better one. - Blossom Hill Resort Munnar : Rate ( 4 out of 5 ) ( From Food, stay, hygiene wise ) - Woodnote Resort Thekkady ( Deluxe room ) : Rate ( 4 out of 5 ) ( as this hotel booked for anniversary day, with special arrangements ) - Alleppey Private Boat House ( 4 Out Of 5 ) : Prawn Curry was Amazing cook by them ( as per my request ). if you like to eat Maggie pls carry with yourself as they don't have much option over boat for snacks ( Ha.. ha.. ha.. ). I have one experience that after 5.30 they park the boat near parking area, there is nothing to explore for shop to get your snacks also. you need to call your cab driver and go to main city, so keep some movie in your phone and enjoy in boat as they are having android TV, connect and watch and enjoy dinner. - Samudra Theeram Beach Resort : Rate 2.5 Out 5 : Breakfast is not not not good, hotels cleanliness ok ok. Family or couples Not recommended, Schools students, college students bulk group are coming for stay as looks like for them having good concession. ( we only utilize Hotel to Just Sleep ) no " GILA SIKVA " Cab and Cab Driver : for Cab 2 people Best ( not for 3 people as Car need some upgradation ) For Cab Driver ( 5 out of 5 ) Thanks to the giving me good cab driver ( Kabeer V M ), I can say he is best in driving, communication and guiding for sightseeing. Also he knows how to make your customer happy by listening their request and suggesting them what is good and additional sightseeing good to visit. (without any extra charges). Last But Not least, All over experience Is Good. Going to Book again with them for upcoming trip. Thanks Rinkeshkumar

We really enjoyed our tour! from the incredible tea plantations at Munnar and witnessing the process of tea in the museum. Thekkady allowed us to spot wildlife and appreciate the incredible periyar Tiger reserve. Alleppey has offered us unbelievable scenery of the back waters whilst staying on a superb houseboat. Followed by some amazing museums and forts in Kochin. Thank you for an unforgettable experience! Tea plantations and houseboat

Munnar (Tea Village) and Tekkedy(Crown Valley) hotels and their services are good. Houseboat and their services are below average. Cab driver is very good. Travel agent not met our expectations

I choose travel triangle not only this time previously I went to Andaman , maritutis and now Kerala evrytime they give me good travel experience Hotairballon at Munnar and many more ,, allepy backwater rides

Trip sailer.com wasn’t a good choice we made Munnar and Alleppey is a must go place.

The cab drivers were good but the condition of one of the two cabs was very bad. Due to this some differences crop up among the family members. The response of the agent was not proper in this matter. Instead of providing a better cab , he advised that the khatara cab give to other family and you take the better cab. This is very very bad. Resort provided in Munnar.

The overall trip experience was 3/5 type.. Trip organised by Comfort destinations(Sameer) PROS: -The hotels in munnar and Thekkady were amazing. -Driver was more than perfect and also locally known as honeymoon specialist- Shan -Food was amazing and super tasty during whole trip including breakfast in hotels, local food, food at house boat in Alleppey. CONS: -Poor experience with houseboat: No TV, no ac whole day, stinking rooms, linguistic barrier with crew, boat only sailed for 2 hrs in whole day. -Many things mentioned in the itentary for 3 day(munnar to thakkedy) but driver refused to travel, later travel agent told that this was mentioned by mistake. -Driver refused to give luggage on last day due to some payment issue, it was later sorted out by travel agent. -As it was honeymoon trip, 1 candlelight dinner with room decoration was mentioned in the trip at houseboat. But unfortunately it didn't happened.. poor management.. -In Thekkady, there was no sightseeing by driver, he told to see some evening shows and go to a jungle safari. -There is a issue of advance booking in periyar tiger reserve in Thekkady, it should have been told to us in advance. Hence we tried on the spot booking and didn't get it. The munnar views and hotel was best.. Driver(Shan) was amazing
