The exciting start for the exciting trip

On the 1st day of the trip, you will visit Munnar from Kochi. On the way you can visit the Valara and Cheeyappara Falls on the way. Apart from that there will be outstanding natural views. You will have a short visit to a couple of waterfalls called the Valara and Cheeyappara waterfalls. After arriving at Munnar, you will get in to the hotel and stay for the night. You can also go for a small walk if you want before going to bed in the hotel.

A day full of activity in Munnar

On the second day of the trip, you will go out for sightseeing in Munnar after breakfast in the hotel. The first spot will be Eravikulam National Park. Here, you can spot the Nilgiri Tahr, a rare mountain goat. The Tata Tea Museum will give you a chance to see the manufacturing process of tea. Other spots that you will visit are Rose Garden, Mattupetty Dam, Photo Point and many other spots in Munnar. After the day is over, come back to the hotel and stay for the night.

Experience a marvelous visit to Thekkady

On the 3rd day you will move to Thekkady from Munnar after having breakfast. Expect to see some best natural views on the way. You will check-in to the hotel after reaching the place. On the same day, you will go for a jeep safari through the Periyar National Park. You can also see the lake there. There is some outstanding flora and fauna that you can enjoy. After you are done, come back to the hotel and stay for the night.

Transfer to Alleppey

As the 4th day starts, you will finish the breakfast quickly in the hotel and check-out of it. The cab will take you to Alleppey. Here you will check-in to the houseboat right away. Expect all the meals to be served in the boat itself. The boat will cruise throughout the day and rest in the evening. You will stay in the boat in the night. This ride will give you the chance to look at the lakes and lagoons while on the ride.

The trip ends with some evergreen memories

On the 5th day, you will have the breakfast in the houseboat and check-out from it. The cab will pick you up from a particular point and you will start your journey back to Cochin. This marks the end of the 5 day Kerala Trip. You can return home from Cochin with some memories worth cherishing throughout the life.
