    Welcome to the lush greenery of Manali

    The morning of your arrival you will be picked up and dropped at the hotel. Complete check-in formalities.

    Arrive in Manali on the first day of your trip. Move to the hotel with the help of a representative. After checking in at the hotel, you will be picked up and taken for a half-day tour of Manali. We start with an enthralling tour of Hadimba Devi Temple, a beautiful wooden temple located inside Van Vihar. Next stop is Vashisht Village where we will visit the Temple, then Vashisht Hot Springs and Van Vihar. From here we proceed to the Manali Market and visit The Mall and the famous Tibetan Monastery.               My complete trip has been ruined by cab driver. He made me 12km walk up and down to solang valley by saying only local vehicles are allowing to slong valley and nxt day trip is vasist kund and driver saying we need to walk 6km up and down. We are afraid of him and cancelled the trip and we left to delhi. OYATRI agent support driver and she says we need to walk to solang valley. Note: It is not allowing me to give 1 star rating if i give 5 star only i am able to submit my review.. dont fall for the reviews.               We were given a personal car instead of a taxi. Driver of the taxi was good but the owner of taxi was very rude and arrogant. Despite being very cooperative with cab driver throughout the trip, owner of cab made us get down on a road at the end of trip. First hotel, which we were told is a 3 star hotel, had very bad location. This hotel did not even had AC. Food was not upto the mark ( burnt Roti, bad smelling Kheer and very limited options, etc). It took 4 phone calls, 2 personal visits to reception and 1 he for them to deliver Milk Powder.

The trip has only for honeymoon couples, the itinerary has not been designed well and was not covered all the places.               Very much upset with this trip. Unexpected expenditures were there due to unprofessional driver who didn't guide us properly because of him we lost our flight and pains 40k for the immediate next flight. Driver didn't know English.,he is a hindi speaking driver. We struggled a lot in the hotel room for hot water.. In 1℃ we took bath in chill water. Worst service. No proper response from hotel Reception, they didn't even pick the call.w e paid extra 1k to the driver but he is not that worth. Because of him 40k loss for us.very bad. Kalpana from travel triangle is a very good agent who explained me all about the trip. Two days trip was too good .

              The trip was fair, the hotel was fine but did not have 24 hour hot water service (temp outside was fluctuating between -6 to 2 C) , the trip did not include a lot of specifics as many roads were closed due to landslides, any where we went we had to hire a guide by OUR OWN MONEY. Overall it was fine.
