      The travel coordinator Shruti was really great in coordinating with the hotels. Manali heights was a great choice. Their service is the best. Shimla hotel was not upto the mark. While the hotel manager was a good person, they don't have a proper parking space and the room needs pest control. Bedsheets were promptly changed when we notified of the soiled sheets. Manali heights is a highly recommend hotel.

      Trip was good. Both the Hotel Services were very good expect that fact that they were far from Main City (in Manali 2KM away and in Shimla 7KM away from main City). Cab Services was good, expect the fact that the Driver could have been more passionate to show the places. He was discouraging us to visit some places which was in the literary saying, place is not good, or traffic or giving some excuse. Overall Good experience with the first trip with traveltriangle!

      We took a Shimla and Manali from Travel On Ease. At the time of booking, they provided some hotels, and 2-3 days before the tour they changed all the hotels which was a bit surprising. The Shimla hotel was good, with no complaints regarding food, rooms, and staff. Manali Hotel wasn't up to the mark. At night we checked in at the Manali Hotel (La Aero Resort) and we knew that there was no hot water. We requested many times to Kewal Kumar regarding hotel changes but he took it very casually. During the overall tour, there were no such calls from the Travel agent regarding the feedback and other things. I would say if you have another vendor option go with that vendor instead of Travel on Ease.

      Hotel Tangle Wood, Manali lacks very basic amenities. Staff behaviour is not good and Bathrooms are choked and in bad state. We were promised for late check-out on our last day of trip and Agent didn't provide the same and we were asked to leave. I am not going with Tripeneur next time. Cab- we were told for a 3mos old Ertiga but lately provided with 2018 model ertiga. I couldn't do anything because I had made the entire payment. These things feel bad. Driver was very humble and cooperative. I'll surely book him for my next trip.

      We booked cab & hotels for delhi-Jhibi-manali-delhi trip with Ideal Tours for our 4N/5D. Appreciation for Ms Urmila, supports pre-booking and post booking with them. We got suzuki dezire, the car was absolutely clean and the driver Mr Sunil was also co-operative with excellent driving skills. But during trip the driver charged 7500 extra (more than actual rate 4000 for Rotang) for rotang+sissu village where sissu was included in the final package. Also we faced a issue due to miscommunication regarding payment at manali hotel. But later Mr Krishna responded & sorted everything very quickly. hotel mansarovar tirthan valley - Hotel/staff/services were good hotel mountain green villa, Manali - Hotels/staff/services were good Overall nice experience. Suggestion - Need to be more professional in terms of dealing extra pays..Communication gap is there between agent and driver.
