Travel agent is friendly, hotel are good.. if they had electronic blanket would have been nice bcz heaters are no use at -13°c and driver could have done a better job River rafting and sholang valley

Hey so this was my first experience with travel triangle and a I am not really very happy to share this feedback. So starting with the traveller and the driver, traveller was pretty comfortable however the driver’s behaviour was really inappropriate he did not take suggested stoppage rather was driving as per his own wish. His way of speaking Was also rude. Lastly we ended up paying 4-5k extras as local convence in Himachal. The hotel on the other hand was nice but the staff was not well behaved.

so I got to know that it's been a year of our trip (Time flies like plane). O my god what a wonderful trip that was, if i start writing about it will take 2 - 3 pages.. so leaving that I thanks to travel triangle and the agency OYatri who provided and make a wonderful iternary, also thanks to Khushi ma'am who coordinated very well and the Driver - Indrajeet makes our trip awesome.

First day was horrible as we reached Manali hotel midnight around 2.15am and after reaching the hotel we got to know that the hotel was over booked and there were no rooms available. As we were all a group of female travellers it caused a lot of inconvenience. The hotel staff were not cooperative and were non responsive so it took 15mins for them to finally say that we do not have rooms left and that they were planning to shift us to another hotel nearby. We were unhappy with this experience as we were travelling since 5. 00 am in the morning and after reaching hotel at midnight we get to know that there are no rooms available! This is my third booking with travel triangle and never i have come across any such experience. I expected for some compensation from the hotel staff for the inconvenience it caused to us for which I asked the tour agent to connect with hotel staff but it was denied. Travel triangle agent- Priya did not answer my calls the next day when I wanted to get in touch with her on the issue. Except the first day the remaining days went as per the plan and I was happy with the hotels provided. At the last moment our train from Delhi was cancelled and we had to book flight from chandigarh. Tour agent and driver cooperated and we were dropped at chandigarh airport.

My experience was overall good but the bus facility was disappointed and also that not all points not visited becoz guide denied to go there.... It feels me so bad from asthetic himalayas.... Best memories of my trip was river rafting it was really an amazing experience for me and also went on the snow point where we were enjoyed alot...i really want to visit in manali again...

Had a really good experience with the agency. Hotel staff, our cab driver, even the guide which he'd helped get in Solang Valley were extremely caring and helpful. Experience snow in Solang Valley
