Basically we don't need travel triangle for planning our trip because they will only help you with your hotel and activities booking which we can do on our own.. After sales service is absolutely not upto the mark.. For any amendment in plan last minute one would expect their travel agent to help coordinate with hotels, etc but they will leave it all on you to tackle ourselves..

With reference to the above mentioned subject the overall booking procedure and all the related things were absoulute upto date and got the cheapest deal from travel triangle (Craft Holidays). Thanks to Mr. Nonihal who helped us in every part of the booking procedure. Kudos to the team. Looking forward to book more trips with them.

Aga holidays was a great travel partner. Aman from Aga holidays was well aware of what he was offering. Everything went smoothly as planned and We enjoyed our vacation but Ankita mishra from travel triangle was the worst travel advisor I have ever got from travel triangle. She was not proactive, very unresponsive and absolutely had zero service skills. Even her contact number was incorrectly updated on the portal. I had to send a number of emails requesting her for a call back and maximum times the call back never came. I booked my ist travel thru travel triangle in 2010 to srilanka and Ankita has spoiled this ten year plus relationship with travel triangle. I will not recommend her at all. The visit to Ile Aux cerfs and Catamaran full day cruise was absolutely worth it

Shubham's 7 days trip to Mauritius

Have booked the 7-day Mauritius trip in May end for my honeymoon with all the activities- north tour, south tour, catamaran cruise, etc. Rest all were fine but after reaching the island they refused to provide the catamaran cruise and asked for 10000 extra for the activity. They even updated the quote on Travel Triangle and demanded extra payment saying that they did not calculate the expenses properly and it is going out of their budget. They have ruined my north tour since I was continuously on call with them trying to get the cruise activity as planned. So I suggest booking from some reputed agency (even if you have to pay a little extra) to avoid ruining your tour. I was dealing with Saif and Ramsha from Travel N Tales. In case you want to book from them, my advice is to get everything written in the quote and keep the pdf safe with you while on tour. Also, always talk to them in the WhatsApp group that they create so everyone from their planning team is aware of the plan. I was able to get the partial payment for the cruise activity from them because of these. Though, I had to spend hours talking to them and had to book it on my own.

We had booked 6 nights package at Outrigger resort. The resort is very good, has a very long stretch of beach which is what we wanted. The rooms are spacious and since we were with 2 kids the Family Ocean View room with seperate room and bunk bed for the kids was very comfortable. We were given check in immediately on reaching as the resort was only 25-30% occupied. This was well appreciated The resort Manager was courteous and called us to discuss our concerns, he truly cares about his customers. The Indian chef Mr Pradeep makes good food and took attempts to make Indian food of our choice. These 2 things we appreciated a great deal. However, the weather was not good in June, we encountered rains in most of the days and could not fully enjoy the site seeing or the resort. Some things which you should keep in mind about Outrigger before you recommend to your clients: - The food schedule is a big let down. Breakfast is buffet, but Indian items only 2 are made eg bhajiyas everyday and 1 more item like poha. Grossly inadequate. With so many Indian clients they should have at least 5 items in the menu everyday. The danish pastries are made well but cakes are very hard. Didn't enjoy it. For dinner, first of all they have buffet only for 3-4 days of the week and the rest of the days it's a la carte where you get to choose 1 each starter, main course and desert. The continental options are many but Indian options are very few, only 3 main course items in whole menu. Grossly inadequate. They should have some variety of items to choose from. First few days we struggled to eat at dinner. The Indian chef was kind enough to offer to make some items if you request but why should it come to this. With many Indian tourists the resort should have buffet dinner like other 5 star hotels or have variety of Indian items in the menu. The food was the worst experience. So for Indians, I wouldnt recommend this resort from a good perspective. - The teens activity centre which had pool table, air hockey, fuse ball etc was not operating when we arrived and the condition remained like that for 4-5 days. After we complained, they management made some efforts to get it repaired but it was no use to us as it was our last day at the resort. This was not expected of a 5 star resort. - All 3 days of site seeing, we spent 2 hours only travelling back and forth to pick up other families from their hotels. We were first to be picked up and last to be dropped. The travel to places of site seeing were additional time. This really tired us and we got fed up of travel especially with kids. - The North tour which took almost the whole day was a waste of time. Other than the Citadel Fort, the rest of the places were just time pass. You should get the same removed from itenary. People go all the way to spend time in the resort and enjoy, not just to pass time on places not worth visiting - The South tour and the Ile Aux Cerfs island was worth visiting, though we got only 45 mins at the island.....planning was not done very well.

Overall the trip was very mediocre. Property was not at all recommendable to VEGITARIAN families. Included breakfast and lunch to the package was not at all worthy. Property is advised for UK and US travelers as there were N no of options for them. Lows: Food - Had to really struggle for good vegetarian food even after paying handsome amount of 1.4 lakhs. Honeymoon freebies - Fruit platter & bottle of house sparkling wine in room on day of arrival: 3 apples + bottle of wine even mush better fruit options were there for breakfast buffet + We had to request the hotel staff twice to do the flower decoration eventually got the decoration done on our 3rd day of stay and after reminding them twice. Service Pack (sightseeing): - Vendor was not very open to any kind of modifications in itinerary. We wanted to change the order like north tour was planned for Monday we wanted to swipe it with Wednesday only but vendor was not open for those modifications at all. - For most of the activities only the entry fees i.e. hardly 6-7% of the actual activities cost was included in the package. - We were not informed that Saturday is a half day for Mauritius and due to this wasted the very first day as most of the places were already closed. first day was complete waste. Personally i would not recommend Craft Holidayz to anyone. Better explore others please.

Short review - Extraordinary place and good service from travel triangle, go for it. Detailed review - About the place - It's a lovely place with natural beauty, nice weather, and warm people. Definitely worth going if you haven't visited. Airlines - Air Mauritius is a good choice and booking from their official website is preferable. We found some people who had booked from third party websites and their flights were cancelled and they had a lot of issues. Cash & sim card - It's better to get USD cash from India and exhange that at Mauritius Airport for MUR, rather than loading up a forex card, as no forex card provides MUR and places there will charge about 3% more if paid by a forex card. For communication, get a sim card from the airport as well, around 1500 INR. For Hotels - Ravenala attitude was a superb stay and very welcoming and polite staff, always available to assist you. If you're a vegetarian, better carry some food and snacks as there are quite limited options everywhere. Also carry your own water outside the hotel, as water is quite expensive at remote places or private islands. And be prepared to walk A LOT. For Aga Holidays - Recommended. They helped very well in assisting with the booking as well as responding when we were in Mauritius. Aman provided quite responsive and satisfactory services. However, Leena from Mauritius lacked politeness a few times. About the trips - Best was Ile Aux Cerfs, then North Island and South Island was quite boring as it was tiring and not so exciting places. If time and resources permit, would definitely recommend to go to Casela Nature Park on your own and do activities there. Hope it helped :) Walk with Lions at Casela and Underwater Sea Walk

Pocket friendly has some of the most unprofessional personnel. The lady who booked the trip was pleasant only till the full payment was made. There was no response from her. Luckily contact of another person named Deepak was provided who at least gave his best efforts. The itinerary provided was wrong and I had booked leisure activities on the basis of itinerary provided by the company. I came to find out about the change only after reaching Mauritius. On raising the issue, the personnel started accusing me instead of providing a solution leave alone apologising. Later they refunded part of my losses on account of their mistake. Will not recommend "pocket friendly vacation" to anyone till they get better customer support.

The last 2 days itinerary was clubbed saying it won’t take much time. However, that caused us miss 1-2 places to visit as they were closed by the time we reached there. Overall it was okay but itineraries should not be clubbed if you aren’t sure if they can be covered in a day or not.

A Dreamy Honeymoon in Paradise Island - I recently had the pleasure of booking my honeymoon through Travel Triangle and stayed at the Solana Beach Resorts in Mauritius. Our 7-day getaway was nothing short of magical, filled with breathtaking experiences and warm hospitality. Our honeymoon in Mauritius was a perfect blend of adventure, relaxation, and romance. Thanks to Ramsha, Travel Triangle and Solana Beach Resorts, we created memories that will last a lifetime. Accommodation: 5/5 Solana Beach Resorts provided us with a blissful sanctuary. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The honeymoon freebies, including a spa day and a romantic candlelight dinner, added a special touch to our time there. Day Tours: 5/5 The day tours organized by Travel Triangle were exceptional. Quad biking amidst the vibrant 23 Colored Earth, engaging in thrilling water sports at Belle Marre Beach, and leisurely window shopping at Le Coudran Waterfront offered diverse and unforgettable experiences. Ile aux Cerf Island: 5/5 The pristine beaches and turquoise waters of Ile aux Cerf Island left us in awe. Exploring the island and witnessing a waterfall via a speed boat added an extra layer of excitement to our trip. Friendly Drivers: 5/5 The drivers who accompanied us on these adventures were not just guides but also friendly companions. Their local insights and amiable nature enhanced our exploration of the beautiful Mauritian landscapes. Culinary Delights: 5/5 The culinary experience at Solana Beach Resorts was a true highlight. From delectable local dishes to international cuisine, every meal was a feast for the senses.
