Travelled to Maysoor, Ooty and Coorg, Hotel- 2 good and 2 average Driver as a person was good but had communication issues, was not able to understand proper English and Hindi Sightseeing places got changed as driver was not shared itnanary given to us. Car was old, one of the part came off wile adjusting seat,, had to pay from my pocket Over all mixed opinion good and bad Pycara water fall Maysoor Palace Abbey falls etc..

Overall trip was good. But I am not happy with hotels booked especially for ooty. As per package amount considered. Room was not good neither the staff services. Cab was comfortable and driver was also good. We covered main view points. However all the points mentioned in quote was not covered due to travel time between cities. One more thing to highlight is that when we reach dubare elephant camp, there were no elephants rides. This we should have been informed from before as during initial discussion i have specifically mentioned this.

We started our travel from Bangalore airport and driver was there to pick up our group. Good Things : Driver was on time every days to start the trip Driver took us very nice restaurants for lunch and dinner. Bad Things : Guruji travel company didn't suggested koraikanal places but kept very normal places in the itinerary. Due to bad communication and bad planning driver missed few itinerary places and spoil the whole mood We tried to follow day wise itinerary as given by the guruji travels but driver said I will do few things now and few things later and he was changing every day itinerary items. He deliberately took us to shopping places first so that we spent maximum number of time there and other places could be missed or avoided as all places get closed before 6. Driver was expecting we will provide him with meals and refreshments. Although it should be managed by his employer. We provided few times out of courtesy but this should be not compulsion as he was behaving very difficult during the trip.

Fooding arrangements were improper , quality of rooms & area were not up to the mark. Driver was not updated with the places of visit & hotels. Itinerary had lots of flaws.
