        Overall the experience was okayish. Not very great not very bad. Hotels were fine but could have been cleaner. Hotels in Jim Corbett and Bhimtal were ok. Hotel in Kausani was pretty good. Cab driver's behaviour wasn't very good. At times the driving was rash and had to ask them to control the speed. Not at all suitable for family to travel. The roads are completely in hilly region and when traveling with small kids and aged people, its expected that the drive is smooth. Rash driving causes vomiting plus seemed very unsafe at times. Post the travel, drivers used to get drunk and didn't seem fully in their senses. Travel agent was not decisive, had to pay the diesel money to drivers even though we were told not to pay. Travel agent after speaking with drivers asked to pay and assured that the owner of cars would return that money back which was weird. Positive about the travel agent was 2 people got added later after some of the bookings were done but she ensured their accommodation. Kausani stay Caves in nainitaal

        We got Delhi to Nainital & Jim Corbett trip booked with The Trip Advisor and Ms. Komal was very helpful through out the trip. The hotels provided were good. The cab was clean and cab driver was also helpful and provided good guidance in the entire trip. There were no false promises and commitments.

        It was overall a good trip however there are two areas of improvement, which should be rectified. The travel itirenary is not practical considering the journey time by car as after making the journey from Delhi to Bhimtal, no sightseeing is possible although departing Delhi at 10:30 AM. The same is applicable for the day of return. I requested for a favour as I was unable to make the long journey to Binsar from Kausani as we were travelling with a 2 year old. In such case, we would expect travel agent to communicate with the hotel & arrange for a partial calcellation fee at least. The resort at Kausani offers a beautiful view of the Himalaya.

        Hotels were checked by us online before confirmation of booking. But bit satisfied with services from swis cottage at Nainital only. Rest all places have mix type of feelings. None of hotel had given even drinking water on arrival without insisting by us. Welcome drink is just a word, neither offered nor given by any hotel. We will take care next time.         Anurag from journey of miles had well arranged the total trip. The driver was new for the location, but they arranged us separate local guide which made the day fantastic. Though Maya regency was not up to the mark, but nature valley and corbet machaan was really good hotel/resort. They travel was too long, but we enjoyed the beauty.
