Everything was planned well. There were no major hiccups. Mr Prabin is very responsive. He responds you instantly whether its call or a text. Picturesque locations of pokhara lake with himalayan range decorating skies and a peaceful boat ride in it still lingers in my mind. The view of sunrise in nagarkot from himalayan villa was a delightful sight. Sarangkot view was also good.

Everything went well. But the recommendations could have been better. Since I had reseaeched everything and same thing was included. It's very difficult for new visitors to just to know from research. Local recommendations work better so that should be worked on. Also, the hotel choice in Kathmandu and Muktinath could have been better. Muktinath hotel experience was just ok. The hotel had no minimum facilities like hot water and hygienic environment. There are many better hotels in Muktinath now. Many memories to mention. Few are scenries on the way to and at Muktinath. Kathmandu to Pokhara also had very good sceneries. Thanks to all the drivers of the cab who did their best to cover the places.

My Nepal trip (Oct 2022) was quite memorable, safe and hassle-free thanks to Snow Yoda travel agency. The roads to Pokhra and Lumbini is literally neck-breaking but worth the trouble. Sunrise at Sarangkot, Paragliding in Pokhra and the peacock dance of tharu people were the highlight of my trip. The hotels (hotel apsara in Kathmandu had bit wifi issue, excellent service in hotel batika, pokhra, the green mansion resort in chitwan made me feel one with nature) booked by Snow Yoda just kept getting better and best with each place that I went to. Even my last minute changes were taken care by the travel agency.

Hi Team Wish you & your family a very Happy New Year 2020 Please find the feedback of my recent trip to Nepal below. It was indeed a last minute choice to visit Nepal. I did so with no expectation based on what i heard and saw over internet about what Nepal has to offer. I was blown out based on my personal experience in this country with lots of love and tranquillity. However this turned out to be one of my memorable trip. Lots of support and care taking by Snowyoda team, particularly Sabhu my planner who was always there when i needed in addition to planing & execution of my itenary. For any text i send in whatsapp i would get a response immediately very attentive. Smart in identifying and suggesting hotels to my prefetence...on the whole excellent. Apart from this, 1. Ramesh who was supposed to be my driver (for Kathmandu & Nagarkot) turned out to be a Chauffeur and a very good friend. Starting from helping me selecting my Jerkin to taking me places to eat veg food based on my preference silently he was ensuring that i was happy and comfortable always. 2. Santhosh who was supposed to be my driver for Pokhara also turned out to be a good Friend as good as Ramesh. He suggested me good view points and other natural charm and restaurants where i can have veg food to my preference etc etc. I was taken care at every incident, even after i left Pokhara to Chitwan he called me up personally asking if i am ok and have i reached Chitwan safely which was a great gesture. All in all this This Trio ( Sabhu, Ramesh and Santhosh) was polite, patient, responsive and smart they truly pampered me a lot that i feel it as a benchmark. With lots of beautiful memories from Nepal, i returned to India to leave to Thailand which is like my second home. I will definitely visit Nepal again shortly with Snowyoda and this Trio(SRS)......

Each time we received prompt response right from day of enquiry till end of trip. Good arrangement at justified cost. Just need to make sure that agent gives the same hotel as given in itinerary. There are chances that they change hotel at last moment. Once clearly mentioned that no change in hotel will be tolerated, agent gave promised hotel. Our driver Balram was always punctual polite and friendly. He cooperated a lot and made sure we didn't face any trouble. We had a 10 days Nepal tour with them and overall was satisfactory. However we wish they could have taken into account local condition of the day while making the detailed schedule as we missed couple of things due to heavy rush on a particular day. They being aware of local condition whould have factored this while making the detailed schedule. Everything else was properly planned and explained to us and Pravin who was co-ordinatign with us did a decent job.

However sumit from Snowyoda was always extremely professional right from planning the itinerary to the actual trip . We travelled for a special occasion and sumit helped with making lovely arrangements decorating the hotel room The driver was always very pleasant and happy to drive us around. The entire trip was extremely pleasant thanks to sumit and his team. Highly recommended. Watching the Annapurna range at sarangkot ! Best memory ever.

Some of the hotels booked weren't comfortable or rather were very basic with not even adequate toiletries, hot water kettle, complimentary pantry. The rooms weren't easily accessible as it was located very inconveniently with no elevators, which is very difficult when one has multiple luggages. The accommodation at Temple Tree, Pokhara was excellent and very comfortable, which is what a tired traveller expect after a tedious and long travel. The itinerary should have had a much more elaborate explanation as what to expect in terms of travel time. We found ourselves travelling from hotel to hotel rather that sightseeing. A detailed itinerary perhaps would have helped us conceive a better travel plan or customize as per our needs before finalizing. The itinerary could be a bit more informative in terms of the travel time, what to expect, detailed information about the destination. Overall, it was a good trip but could have been a lot more comfortably accomodated. Mountain flight is worth all the delay and wait. Dampus is nature's gift, closer view of the mountains. Nagarkot is a visual treat with stunning sunrise and excellent mountain views.
