HIT THE ROAD TO REACH KATHMANDU!

As your Nepal summer holiday package begins, you are to meet our office personnel at Patna, from where we will drive to Kathmandu. It takes approximately 12 hours from Patna to Kathmandu. Upon arrival, you will be transferred to your respective hotel. This is followed by a comfortable overnight stay in the hotel. The Kathmandu Valley is a place of cultural and political significance. The modern urban sprawl consists of two cities- Patan and Kathmandu.

IN THE REALMS OF THE MOUNTAIN KINGDOM!

On the second day of your Nepal summer tour package, you will be taken to explore the Kathmandu Valley. You will start with pashupatinath, a place where the holy sadhus pray, on the Bagmati River. In case you are not a hindu, you won’t be allowed inside the temple, however the grounds on the outskirts have faithful crowds. From here, you are taken to Bodhnath, the world famous Bodh stupa. Then, you continue as you are taken to patan, also known as Lalitpur. This city is separated from Kathmandu by Bagmati River.Here, you can witness Patan's central Durbar Square which is a hub to temples and a Tibetan refugee Center which is home to most of the valley's Tibetan population. You can shop for fine Tibetan handicrafts and goods here. You then head to Swayambhunath, a 5th Century golden spire which is adorned with prayer flags and crowns the hills overlooking the Valley of Kathmandu. This is followed by a comfortable overnight stay in the hotel.

Driving your way to Panoramic Pokhara!

After a hearty breakfast, you checkout from hotel and proceed to drive to the second destination of your Nepal summer package- Pokhara. Pokhara is about 220 KM away from Kathmandu and the journey can take about 7 hrs. On your way, you can take a halt to experience a cable car ride at the Manakamana Temple at your own cost. Upon your arrival in Pokhara, you will be transferred to your respective hotel. Evening is left free for your personal activities or boating in Fewa Lake at your own expenses. This is followed by a comfortable overnight stay at the hotel.

EXPLORING PANORAMIC POKHARA!

Today, during the afternoon, you set out to visit the Bindabasini Temple, which was a part of Kaski Kingdom and is one of the oldest temples in Pokhara. The main deity of this temple is that of Goddess Durga and was brought here from India. The Bindabasini Temple lies in the area of the bazaar and thus, you can also visit the old bazaar when you visit the temple. This is followed by a visit to Devi’s fall, also known as Patale Chhango, a waterfall that lies about 2 km southwest of Pokhara. Later, you visit the Gupteshwar Cave, lying just opposite of Devi’s fall on the other side of the road. The Gupteshwar Cave is known for varied natural forms found here made of limestone deposits. Photography is strictly prohibited inside the cave. Following this, you also visit places like Mahendra cave, Bat cave, Seti river, Fewa lake, and Barahi temple. This is followed by a cozy overnight stay at the hotel.

In the morning, after you check out from the hotel in Pokhara, you will be transferred to Patna for your onward journey to India. With this, your Nepal summer tour package ends with happy memories to cherish.
