Everything's was Perfect. Mukeshji , Rahul and team were always there to support and help. Got a Innova instead of Ertica. Thanks. Day 1 my flight to Bangolre got cancelled. But my elder son had already reached Bangalore. We took the next flight . Till that time Arun , our driver took care of my elder son who didn't have anywhere to go. Rahul responded my call at 3 am. Thanks. Ooty arrangements were very Nice. Accord Higland is a very good hotel. Coorg hotel standard room was average. But Mukeshji and Rahul upgraded it to superior room immediately which was very good at a very nominal charge. Thanks for that. Mysore in half day we visited. The palace, Chamundeshwari Mandir, Ranganathsway Iyer temple. Thanks Mukeshji and Rahul and team. Wishing u all the best. Special thanks to Arun our driver. He was very kind and helpful. Manali's 6 days trip to Karnataka

Overall trip was good. But I am not happy with hotels booked especially for ooty. As per package amount considered. Room was not good neither the staff services. Cab was comfortable and driver was also good. We covered main view points. However all the points mentioned in quote was not covered due to travel time between cities. One more thing to highlight is that when we reach dubare elephant camp, there were no elephants rides. This we should have been informed from before as during initial discussion i have specifically mentioned this.

We started our travel from Bangalore airport and driver was there to pick up our group. Good Things : Driver was on time every days to start the trip Driver took us very nice restaurants for lunch and dinner. Bad Things : Guruji travel company didn't suggested koraikanal places but kept very normal places in the itinerary. Due to bad communication and bad planning driver missed few itinerary places and spoil the whole mood We tried to follow day wise itinerary as given by the guruji travels but driver said I will do few things now and few things later and he was changing every day itinerary items. He deliberately took us to shopping places first so that we spent maximum number of time there and other places could be missed or avoided as all places get closed before 6. Driver was expecting we will provide him with meals and refreshments. Although it should be managed by his employer. We provided few times out of courtesy but this should be not compulsion as he was behaving very difficult during the trip.

Well the travel agent was very cooperative and helpful even experience at kadkani resort was awesome with good service and food quality.but we faced lot of problems with cab and driver.driver reached one hour late of his time of arrival on first day at station when we contact the head of travel coordinator he too lied and respond badly also driving was harsh and cab was old version we went in family of four and travelling with old age people made our travel uncomfortable plus for sightseeing the driver was no help in a new place.so cab and driver was not up to mark.rest all fine. The trip was arranged nicely . The hotels were good except Camp 21. They were not ready to receive guests even at 2030 hrs. The provisions in the room were not sufficient . We have to ask for their help for small things. The itinerary needs a relook as we were on the beaches at afternoon in Gokarna and also on the way to Mangalore. In Mangalore we did not see any beach e.g.the confluence of river and the sea. These are small irritants. Otherwise the trip went very well. The stay at Hill View home stay was excellent .Hats off to Aishwarya for her co-operation and the arrangements. We did not have any problem at hotels. The cab service was smooth and comfortable . The driver Keshava was soft and helpful. Dealings with Aishwarya on phone were nice and reassuring.
