we toured Rajasthan this year end with 'discover the undiscovered holidays'. The trip was very nice and enjoyable covered all the main places in Rajasthan. We booked through Chanchal from the travels, he called us daily to tell us about the daily itinerary and asked us about our day. We started our trip from Jaipur, we stayed at welcomheritage traditional haveli for 2 nights, it was mentioned as 4* but looked a like a 3* could be maintained better. Then we went to Jodhpur and stayed for a night in Kothi heritage, a good place to stay, then moved to Jaisalmer. We stayed at heritage inn for a night, it was a 3* hotel but the bathrooms were dirty then asked for a change of room but still ok only. The spots there were also dirty. After which we moved for the desert stay ith Tao lakhamana. The stay was good and we had our candle light dinner in the dunes. A must try experience to stay in the dunes. Then we went to Jodhpur for a night stay before we moved to Udaipur. We had our stay in welcomheritage bal samand, a very nice stay with a great ambiance. In Udaipur, we stayed at Swaroop Vilas with lake view, a very neat and great ambiance. For the whole 9 days, we were traveling with Lakshman Ji in his etios. The car was neat and he cleaned it frequently. He modified the itinerary frequently based on the crowd at the monuments and traffic at the airport. He is a very nice, humble and hospitable person. It would have been great if the travel agent taken care of hotel check in on day one and travel agent didn't provide the requested cab and drive who would have the knowledge of trip... I had requested the agent I wanted a cab driven who knew all places... travel agent was very fast in arranging and booking of things... I would have given 5 stars if proper arrangement of hotels and cab was done... some plus points of agent was they where checking on us every day and keeping track of everything... driver was not guided properly by travel agent... but then drive did his best to cover up as much he can... This was our second trip with Travel Triangle and was as smooth as the previous one. "Jyoti" from Trip Sailercom was always available for any customizations that we demanded during our trip. The driver was superb and supportive. The accommodations were also up to the mark especially the camp stay and Mandore Hotel was the best among all with the best staff services , food and rooms. Trip went very well. Travel agent is always just a message away. They were few issues like ambience with the first hotel in the trip and informed the same to travel agent to make sure it would not get repeated in next coming hotels.. Ashima our travel agent made sure that all next coming hotels ambience is of top notch by informing prior to the hotels. Driver was very patient. Never put us in trouble. Just that we should inform everything in advance to him. Communication to the driver from the company can be improved. It's better to have conversation from your side as well. Cost wise, it was bit high only but considering it was year end and we booked very late, may be it's not too too high but it was definitely bit high only. Better one should book much better for getting better hotels at same price. Overall trip went really well perfectly planned by travel agent ashima. This is my second trip with travel traingle and I will be continuing for the next trips as well. Thanks

We had a memorable trip to Rajasthan booked through Travel Triangle, though our experience was somewhat mixed. The cab driver assigned to us was truly dedicated and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Every restaurant he recommended was excellent, and the sightseeing throughout the journey was absolutely fabulous. That said, I would advise exercising caution when booking 4-star accommodations through the agent. It's important to clarify that we were referring to official hotel ratings, not guest reviews. Unfortunately, the agent’s interpretation did not match ours. Three out of the five hotels had ongoing renovation work, which significantly affected our comfort. Although the agent did try to make changes to minimize the inconvenience, the replacement hotels were not of genuine 4-star quality either. The most disappointing experience was the camping stay at Juma Resort in Jaisalmer. The property was infested with crickets, making it uninhabitable. Four families, including ours, ended up leaving the resort and paying out of pocket for alternative accommodation. Unfortunately, this was not even communicated to the travel agent at the time. On a positive note, our request for a rollaway bed for our daughter was fulfilled as expected, which we appreciated. In summary, while the itinerary and driver exceeded our expectations, the hotel arrangements — particularly the Jaisalmer experience — left considerable room for improvement.

Plus points: Planning done and support provided by Mohit was really good. Cab driver Ramkrishna ji was very kind and good person. He is very pention and cleaver driver, knows every point and places. Also he suggested some good places where we enjoyed local tasty food. Things need to improve - Hotels were not upto the mark except Jodhpur and Jaisalmer.Service and room conditions are not so good. Worst hotel was at Mount abu. Next rank -The Balam in Udaipur. As we paid for 3 star hotels but the services and facilities were like 1 star hotel for these 2 places.

Dissapointed with the travel agent , Back to Holidays. Very Rude and impolite Behaviour , Preeti treats and behave as if they are offering us the Travel package free , Travel Agency : BACK TO HOLIDAYS ..... A big no to the Travel agent ..... Will never recommend anyone to choose BACK TO HOLIDAYS as their travel agent ...... Fully Unsatisfied with the Travel agent .......Rest All thing okay..... They Promised many things but didn't receive the same in the hotels like they promised 3-star but didn't few hotels in that range. We choose 1-5 Star property where you don't get hair dryer as well also when asked provided a broken ones. This is the service you can expect from these people. While asking for money they can do anything but not while providing the same.

Saurabh was available whenever needed, the driver Yogesh was awesome as he was very very cooperative throughout the tour. Please avoid Sanjay Villas as they don't have hot water facility to start with, no wifi, their facility is not ready for more than about 8 customers for breakfast or lunch as there is no place for people to sit literally. Also please ensure there are water bottles and wifi with all the properties you are suggesting as few didn't have both of these facilities. Also, if you get an option please don't suggest AirAsia to any of the clients as they have the pathetic service and seating. Indigo is highly recommended. Thank you for hosting a very memorable trip

We went on a family tour to Rajasthan on 12-22 October 2021 on contract with Kingsland Holiday. We had a beautiful experience. The hotels booked by the agency were really nice. We had a comfortable stay and the hospitality was really commendable. Mr. Asran and Mr. Rohit From Kingsland Holiday is very gentleman and co-operative. For almost last 2 years we grew a good relation and were always assisted by them till the end of the tour. We hired a car for our traveling through Kingsland Holiday. The car service was very good. The driver cum tour guide Mr. Kuldeep Singh Rathore was very helpful and responsible. He managed to cover all the destinations in time and also provided us with good guides for specific destinations. Our overall experience with Kingsland Holiday was wonderful. We will always recommend Kingsland Holiday to all our friends and also will avail their services for all our future tours.

Hi Saurabh, I have been terribly busy after the Jaipur trip, hence didnt get a chance to feedback. Thank you for organizing the trip, we really appreciate the professionalism showed by Ganesham Tours and Travel-Triangle while booking the trip. You were always responsive and we didnt face an issue at any time/during the whole process. The choice of Hotels were great. We loved all the places and they are highly recommended. Having said that I still have one feedback for you. When a family is travelling please give fit cars and co-operative drivers . 1. The car was some 3lakh kms done with absolute flat Tyres and completely scratched windshield. Interior was all clean . Totally unsafe car for highway standards 2. Driver was not 100% co-operative they just know how to talk in a sweet way but want to do wat they want as they want us to go to tourist shops where they can get commission if I ask him to come to any other shop he used to give excuses saying its in a small lane cars don't go there and I had to carry my 5years old kid and walk on the roads inspite of having a car . It's totally not acceptable when we do a private tour . If I ask him to come anywhere he used to say sir there is nothing there instead u can relax in the hotel , I have not come to relax when I want to explore the places. This was the only worst part of my tour that's why I gave 4 stars because of the car and driver you lose a star . Hope you take this feedback positively and give better service.
