Scintillating Orissa Tour Package 4 Days & 3 Nights

Hotel at Puri was not good, AC was not cooling inspite of compplaining to servic desk multiple time, food was also not good. In Bhubneshwar Hotel was very good, food was also very good, and hotel staff was very polite.

I totally enjoyed the trip. It was a game changer for our family. But there are areas I am not happy about. First the good ones. driver was courteous and friendly. He helped us and guided us pretty well. Hotels were good especially the one chosen by us. Golden Tree Puri. Driver helped us a lot in taking us for shopping and getting sweets. The grey areas. 1. Puri Jaganath temple-We were totally unprepared for the crowd. Wish we were told that Sunday was not the right day. Nor were we told about mobiles. It was total chaos. 2.Similarly Tribal Museum was closed on Monday. We had time in hands but could not go. We went there on day 4 and had to rush to the airport to catch our flight. 3. Driver was polite and helped us a lot. But small areas we needed support as it was our first time. Also if we suggested another area he was a bit rude. For ex-We preferred the Odisha Handloom House over Boyanika. Boyanika was costlier to state handloom too. 4.More transparency in the deal was required. 5.Hotel Golden Tree Puri -The room was very small for 3 of us. It was called super deluxe. How?

Excellent service provided by both Travel Triangle and Inde D Voyage. The car and driver provided were good. So, were the hotels booked. Overall, a very good experience. This is the 3rd time I have booked vacations with Travel Triangle.

The trip was handled well by Inde D Voyage. Experience was good right from quotation to execution. Shibasis was very helpful and prompt in answering queries and making changes to the trip as per our request. Prasant, the driver, was also very polite and experienced. Vehicle was in good condition. The Darshana at Jagganath mandir was awesome, the main purpose of this trip. Had no issues inside the temple and it was really smooth arrangement by the agency. Everything was great apart from Chilka Lake. Chilka lake is a big Scam. I repeat Chilka lake is a big Scam. Not worth it at all. Visit this lake if u have ample amount of time & money. We visited in the month of May, 2023 and they charged 3000/- after so much negotiation and guaranteed that u will definately see Dolphins & birds. But, in reality u will not see either of them. They will fool you after wasting your precious 4 hrs and when u will come back at the shore in the evening, nobody will be there in the office to complain because they knew that they have made false promises. Most interestingly, all the cab drivers are involved with them and will not reveal anything to any travellers. There were so many people like us who were complaining about the same. Besides, there is no fix charge. There is a group who paid just 350/- per head with the same package and when I requested them can I be a part of the group and will pay my share, the authorities simple refuse to be a part of the group. So, be aware of such scams and spend your valuable time at some other places. Also, on Chilka lake they will try to grab some money by showing fake pearls & stones. Be cautious & don't get trapped. Cab driver is very adamant taking you to the places of your choice. We just requested to take us to a temple in Puri and he refused stating that road is very narrow. Then we walked through that road and it was wide enough to drive the car and be parked. On the other hand the cab driver will take you to the Raghuraj painting village where roads are so so narrow where it is almost impossible to take the car. Not sure if they have any vested interest. So, just be aware, do your research and include the places at the time of finalising the package rather than requesting the driver on the day of visit. Apart from these things, trip was great and we thoroughly enjoyed the trip. Thank you Travel Triangle & Ind d Voyage for this memorable trip. Hotels and travels agent were good. But cab services were not that good. There were three different drivers who navigated us. On the last day, the driver told us to finish our tour by 1:00 PM as he had another party to pick up. We had to call the travel agent to get this sorted out.

Hotel room was ok...first we got a room which is not yet cleaned properly and they changed the room. Coming to the travelling places they skip most of the places.
