      Itinerary could have been better. Hotel locations at Shimla & Manali did not meet expectations. Hotel & services at Manali were substandard, the requirement was for 3 star deluxe / 4 star, whereas accomodation was provided at a sub standard hotel. Cab driver was very good and cooperative.

      Had Great experience with the trip. Travel agent was nice to interact with and explained in detailed. Pros: 1. Would guide with places to visit. 2. Explain what are the best options, when looking for alternatives. 3. Even in trip would check daily if there are any issue. Recommendations: When we inform of any spl. event (like b'day or anniversary), need to ask for arrangements for it (we would be ready to pay for it). That is the reason for 4. If not, it would be 5 star. Hotels: 1. Dalhousie - amazing 2. Manali - awesome. 3. Shimla - not happy ( thats why 3 not 5 stars). Driver: Mandeep, is an amazing guy to interact with.       I had a great experience in this trip of himachal. The cab driver daljit singh was very helpful, co-operative, very humble and good human being. He encouraged me in paragliding. Above all it was a wonderful trip. Hotels were good. In rohotang pass in manali, while horse riding in naldehera, while rafting in kullu and enjoying in khajjiar of dalhousie.

      As per our communication I have informed you that I have paid Rs. 3000/- to cab driver and it's also informed to travel agent North India tour and travels (Mr. Neeraj) and they informed me that they will refund. Kindly make arrangements from your end also for refund of Rs. 3000/- to my account . Account details shared with North India tour and travels (Mr. Neeraj). Best memories : All sight seeing Manali, Dalhosie. Bad memories : Dropping to Delhi airport from Dalhosie cab driver has diverted route which took nearly 15hours for dropping his friend to Ambala in our private cab and if he has taken Correct as per Google Maps we would have reached Delhi in time with in 10hours and due to bad weather conditions flights were delayed so I got flight otherwise I would have missed flight.

      First hotel booking voucher was provided after lot of follow up.Once trip was started they were not sure of payment and unnecessarily argued and even talk in unsafe manner.Cab drivers were not paid on time and they delayed pick up. Highlight was only cooperation of Cab drivers Dalhousie trip was very good and effort of cab driver to drop us at time for departure

      tour is well coordinated by the agent and agent has communicated with me regularly for any issues and clarifications and she is very approachable. only thing that made me unhappy is that they have wasted my day by giving a wrong distance to the driver for some place and driver denied me taking there and they give me some other place which is not even worst visiting. except for that day all the tour is very good and I enjoyed and I thank the agent for planning this well.

      Overall trip is good. All details regarding trip received timely. Hotel at Dalhousie is fair and other two is good. I think all hotel has to change manu every day. Do not serve paneer sabji all day. One more thing do not plan for shimla, because there no more such place to visit, plan delhi or amrutsar or hariyana rather than shimla. Other than we enjoy full trip fully. Full support from travel triangle during entire trip.

      We had a great trip of Shimla, Manali & Dalhousie. Overall trip is very good and memorable. Best moment of my trip was visit Solang Valley and Kufri. Solang Valley is very beautiful place. It is heaven on Earth. We enjoy lots of adventures activity here, All Hotels are good, Cab driver Bhupender was very good & very experience driver, Travel Agent Excellent planning and execution. Just right from the first day contact with TEC India there is no issue with communication. And all credit goes to the Upasana Madam. Always available and helpful.       Hotel where good except the fern hotel at amritsar. Taxi we're clean and good but drivers were in cooperative and didn't behaved well. As a tourist we go to travel and explore places but we are dissatisfied by the drivers services Dalhousie, khajjar and mcloedganj we're best places to be and see around.

      Promt action from travel agency on queries.Nice hotel rooms at Dharamshala n Chandigarh..Few suggestions if Cab is arranged for entire tour than no extra charges should be levid for e g.if it's less than 300 km than if person wants to visit nearby places around .we wanted to visit chamunda temple from Dharamshala which is around 25KM we paid extra amount of Rs.800/-..it seems that travel agency doesn't have control over cab agency . which gave hard ships to us Also driver took a car prior to date of arrival from Chandigarh to Mumbai stating personnel reasons wihout making alternate arrangements..Again we have to bear extra cost..
