agency could not maintain the timeline till late night , although the trip was planned for early next morning. i just got her saying it will be snow lotus and reservation is on the way. around 11:30 at night. 3. Biggest surprise came when the agent asked me to pay the Cab driver (3000/- as the difference for the hotel booked( Snow Lotus Hotel 7-8 Kms before Shimla in the outskirts) for me instead of Lords Villa. I said i have paid the entire amount to travel triangle but since the driver Mr Ashok 08894647247 wont take us so i gave him 1500/- to start the unforgettable journey. 4 Best part is they sent me a voucher early morning but the hotel reception guys said they have no booking in my name till the time i reached there around 12 PM , but luckily they had a vacant room so they after speaking to the travel agency gave it to me . 5. The next day cab took me to Naldehra on the way back he asked me a stupid question ( Do i have to drop you back to Chandigarh? i was astonished i told him to talk to his owner and he agreed to drop us back. 6 On the day we had to be dropped back , driver asked me how much balance you have to pay, i said i dont have to pay anything so he said that his owner has not got money from the agent so he cannot go . then i talked to Ms Anju Thakur who was handling this trip from scrath and she told she will manage and after waiting for 1hr 30 min the driver came back and dropped me to Chandigarh. I have communicated the same to Anjali via whatsapp she was travelling back so she just noted and when the cab issue happened she was out of city however she was my connet for any problem i faced but help was far far away , she told that she will connect and update on monday , i waited but till date no revert. Please arrange to refund the money i paid 1500/- , as the same was not worth paying for , believe me travel triangle is not what i had felt in last visit to kerala its totally turned upside down . Farah was at the edge helping me in her full capacity , thanks for support. OVERALL A BIG THUMBSDOWN !!!

plin Hillden - Really and infra and rude staff. Torned bedsheets and dirty bedsheets. bathroom locks are broken. The food was tasteless. Distance from MallRoad was 20-25mins.
