Our recent family trip to Singapore and Malaysia was superb. We enjoyed the services offered by Holiday Triangle and our time during the trip. Rooms were just as they were promised, super clean, and covered all needs. All travel plans, rides and shared transport were on time. Also, staff members were professional and pleasant. We took advantage of Grab app for private cab (unscheduled plans) and food delivery. Their service was very good. Room Tip: If you prefer little luxury, go for 4 star hotels to enjoy more amenities. Note: All the hotels have complimentary continental breakfast with different Indian variety everyday. Singapore hotels are smaller in size regardless of the hotel class due to size limitation of the city. Genting Islands in Malaysia was awesome. Genting Dream Cruise from Singapore to Bintan Islands is just and great experience.We totally loved it!

I always prefer travel triangle for planning may international holidays…This time i accepted quotation given by Nandani Tours and Travels and from the first day they have provided full support and guidance to make my whole trip pleasant… agent Ms Soni jha was available at any time to provide guidance and suggestions for any query raised during trip…Tour was planned as per my requirements and executed well by the agent… During the trip i dont have to worry about anything and we were just chilling out during the whole trip bcos of the Nandani Tours and Travels..Thank you so much …

This trip will always be very close to my heart. It came at a complicated time in my life and it was during this trip that I found answers to many dilemmas that had been swirling around in my head. These 10 days have left me feeling light-hearted and also a little light-pocketed (:)) The arrangements were remarkably smooth: hotels had our rooms ready for us, the drivers were well-acquainted with our itinerary, and with one or two exceptions, we didn't have to rush to any of our sights. I would like to make special mention of our reception in Bali. It was of a kind that made us never want to leave. We became good friends with Agus who sportingly stopped when we asked him to stop, sang when we asked him to sing and obligingly waited for us whenever we were running late. The high point was the spacious villa arranged for us in time for our anniversary. The entire stay was well-planned and comprehensive. The accommodation in Singapore left us a little surprised. A little prior warning would surely have made things easier. Seeing that our schedule didn't really leave us with much time in the room, adjusting wasn't such a big issue. The Harry Potter experience was on the whole a little underwhelming. Perhaps the aquarium in the ocean would have been a good substitute. Great experience organised by our travel agent team "Dream Tours and Travels". It was nice working with Mr. Babu to plan out the itinerary and he was very accomodating with my requests. Always followed up on my queries and provided immediate response. Their ground team in both Malaysia and Singapore were excellent and well coordinated. No hassle whatsoever. It was a wonderful experience.

Trip was sgp on own and Borneo with package. SGP the hotel that was booked had series of issues from bed linen, to towel in room. (The Quay Lavender)... I strongly state NOT to book this hotel. While Amazing Borneo was well planned and timely executed and were delightful moments. The guide, the hotel , staff there and food all was to our satisfaction. Co-Guest in the hotel were friendly. Overall GOOD experience. This is 2nd trip for us booked through Travel triangle and previous one was Vietnam .

We had a fun trip - were able to cover all the major attractions and had time for our personal getaways. The agent gave us the best possible quote with all the changes we have asked for. The team was available just a call away whenever we faced hiccups - one of my friends misplaced her phone in one of the transfer cabs and the POC went out of his way to help us out, really appreciate that gesture. They have even arranged us last minute extra airport transfers at no extra cost. Glad we planned our trip with Navigatio, couldnt have asked for a more chilled and well planned grad trip.

Hotel ashlee plaza was the worst hotel, n ut was told that translatir will be provided...but it was not.. N phuket hotel was so far from the maun area...from patong beach..n ashlee plaza s service was zero...no one to check the guests Good pick up n drop Good cabs Sight seeing was ok types

I recently had a family vacay in Thailand which I planned through Tripoholic and while most of it went well, it could have been better. I had taken time out to plan an itinerary with Tripoholic, but on the date of travel just as we were headed to the airport I got a Travel Voucher in which the schedules were bungled up and I verbally stated that so long as there is no deviation in the printed and mutually agreed itinerary shared earlier, I am ok with the trip. But certain things didn't go as expected, such as scuba diving. Thankfully, a local tour agent there helped optimize the trip for us. My suggestions would be giving a visual/video idea to a customer of what to expect from an agree itinerary. Otherwise the trip was fine.

To begin with, the services provided by Travel traingle were below average. 1. The vouchers were to reach 48 hours before the travel date. It reached on the day of our travel. 2. The Thai Airway flights were meant to be the Thai royal airways, instead we were given the subsidy version of Thai smile. Despite communicating the requirement, Travel traingle was not able to meet the basic request. 3. The agent failed to communicate that the Long island tours expect the travellers to get off the boat in the middle of nowhere in waist deep water. We had a kid with us. Wrong suggestion by the agent. The day was a waste of our time. We were rushed through all the islands. 4. Koh Samui resort had no functional spa wherein our request did mention that we needed one in our hotel. Also a confirmation was requested a couple of days prior to the travel day and we were informed that a spa exists, which did not. Betrayal again. 4. The resort given was on a beach which was not swimmable. Also was extremely far from the main attraction , Chaweng. We had to spend money on hiring cars and scooters. Travel traingle had mentioned that it's just half a kilometer away. Betrayal again. 5. The planning of flights were horrible. We spent 3 days of ten in just travelling and waiting up for our flights. 6. We weren't informed about exclusion of breakfast in one of our hotels. We were then informed that it wasn't mentioned in the voucher. Betrayal yet again. 7. Refund of 23000/- was promised to us which we are still awaiting. I'm glad I had my friends with me, because Travel Traingle and ASAP holidays didn't quite meet our expectations and shall never recommend to anyone else.
