Sri Lanka Adventure Tour Package 5 Days & 4 Nights

The experience for some of the hotels was not good. I thought the agent Tropical Ceylon took us for granted in some of the hotels. The service of the hotels along with their locations was not up to the mark. In fact they didn't even seemed to belong to the category of 4 stars. I think u need to review the hotel category offered to us in yala and Bentota.

Everything was as promised The taxi was on time, the rooms were as we booked The driver was polite and one day when the Cab AC was malfunctioning the agent quickly arranged for a second car

Assurance and Guidance regarding travel and visiting the area is highly important. Here we got that from them on each level. thanks to sidath and trips lk. We were initially hesitant when they asked to settle the amount in cash. But we went with it. No issues till the drop back to the airport. everything was planned perfectly—lovely holiday for us.

The agent was extremely responsive before I booked the trip with them, however, once I booked it, they were really lax in their responses and they were extremely delayed. I had to follow up 3-4 times to get any response. However, they were very accommodating in terms of cancellations and changes in our tour. They booked us great properties at a good price and was also very flexible in terms of the mode of payment. One major and the biggest issue with this trip was the driver, he was rude, unaccommodating, and racist. He would not budge on any thing and would take the longest/ route with the most amount of traffic to save on toll. Any time we asked him to take us anywhere, he would say no this is out of my working hours even at 6 PM when the agent had clearly said that he would be staying with us till about 9-9:30 PM. We were in places with no public transport so we genuinely needed him to adjust but he did not.

We had a great experience I feel its too expensive for the hotels we stay and the total cost of the trip Apart from that others are good Driver /guide was so polite and patient and he took us to all places as per our wish We enjoyed especially mirissa The hotel in mirissa was super cool

Quite disappointed with the travel agent, paid 325 USD PP yet the hotels booked were not more than 2k INR. Only the last one was a 4 star hotel. All the hotels were located far from the city and had to spend almost 5 hours on an average everyday inside the car. Was promised a van and prices were increased because of that, yet was only provided with a car. The travel agent certainly overcharged alot considering the services we got.

Excellent choice of hotels and hotel locations and also the itinerary provided by Dilani from Nelum holidays . Chauffeur was professional , friendly and punctual and made our trip very easy and perfect. Spacious and great car provided for our journeys. We covered great deal of places for hours throughout the day and having a good quality car for the family made it so much easier and relaxed. Had a great time in the hotels with so much facilities , just as we hoped for . Everything was swift , prompt and on time delivery. Very much happy with the service provided by Nelum holidays. Glad we chose them. 5 star rating from my end.

The trip to Srilanka was great and Chamodi made sure that we were comfortable almost everyday. The trip was well organised and all our requests were catered for. All in all it was a great trip and I highly recommend Chamodi and D Lanka travels

Although the itinerary was well planned, our guide and driver was ignorant and not aware about the area and locality. He was unable to guide us throughout the trip. Most of the times, he would ask other locals for information about places and things. We were told that he would help us exchange currency. Even after informing him 2-3 hours prior that we need to exchange currency, he failed to find out where we could get it done and wasted 1-2 hours looking for the right place. In Bentota, he wasted another hour taking us to a water sports complex that was charging us almost 6X(25,000 LKR) the fee for snorkeling. After much persistence, he took us to the beach where we, on our own, managed to crack a deal for 4000 LKR. In Colombo, we were supposed to go to the National Museum. Despite checking with him multiple times, he dropped us at the museum only at 4:25 PM. The last booking is at 4:30 PM and one section is closed after 2 PM, while another is closed after 4 PM. When asked what the entre fee was, he said 2-3$, whereas on getting there we got to know that the fee was 1000 LKR. We wanted to buy spices and some souvenirs, but again, he was unable to take us to the right place to make the purchases Communicating with him was also a problem. In Colombo, even after telling that we want to go to a certain places, he conveniently ignored us. Our day in Colombo was an utter waste owing to his incompetence as a guide. He was just a driver and had hardly any inputs to share about various places and things. Our feedback to you regarding this would be to employ drivers who are well versed with the locality. The driver needs to be trained to serve as a guide; he should be someone who can help tourists navigate through the country, take them to the best local spots, and get the best deals.

I booked my Srilanka trip with Oasco holdings. The whole process of booking from the get go has been very smooth. I had a set plan where i had work for 2 days and then vacay time, travel agent Dilusha was very thoughtful of my schedule and suggested places i could visit and things to do in the stipulated time i had and helped me pick and choose whats best for me. I had my concerns about safety as I was travelling alone and made sure to inform the same to her, but the driver Akhila and guide Chathura were such good souls I didn't have to worry about a thing throughout the trip. They were mindful of what i needed every single day - food, comfort, foreign exchange etc.. On the whole i had a wonderful trip and would love to visit again leisurely. Scuba diving

This was the first international trip as well as the 1st attempt with Travel Triangle.I got a quick response from Travel Triangle with few itineraries. We have shortlisted the agent with Direct Link Pvt Ltd and shared our customized plan . We have asked to modify the plans more than times but without any complaint, Safnah Lafeer cooperates and shared the best plan which can be feasible for us. The hotels provided by the agent was a fantastic and very pleasant stay at Sri-Lanka. It was a short trip of 4 nights and 5 days but the hotels and the guide was made the trip less hectic. We stayed on “Ella Flower Garden Resort”[Ella],” Hotel Kabalna”[Mirissa] and “Pegasus Reef”[Colombo] was fabulous. A very special thanks to the agent [Safnah Lafeer] for such arrangement and a big thanks to the guide Thajdeen who supported us throughout the trip. Moreover, he is a good person and his behavior was excellent. Thanks a lot to Safnah Lafeer, Thajdeen and Direct Link to make a memorable Srilanka Trip

The trip was extremely lovely! Special mention for our driver Mr. Jagath who was very punctual , trustworthy and respectful. The agency Tropical Ceylon hadn’t provided our hotel centara ceysands with the confirmation number and we had to wait for 30-40mins at the reception because of this. Overall, the hotels were amazing and the experiences were memorable.
