This was the best holiday I ever had, not just because the places I visited were awesome, but also because of how the entire tour was planned and executed seamlessly. And the full credit goes to Jenna Phuong for taking care of us like a family, on each and every step while we were in Vietnam. From the day we connected, she patiently listened to my requirements and gave me the exact itinerary which I was looking for. She made sure that each day is eventful yet have some free time for travels and rest, she also made our internal flight bookings so timely that we didn't feel that we were rushing. Jenna also maintained regular contact and made sure our cabs and pick up's are on time, literally she took care of us like a close family member. Thank you so much Jenna for everything..

We had booked our tour to Vietnam via Travel Triangle and travel agent was S Vietnam Trips. We had wonderful experience with Vietnamese food, culture and places to visit and the service provided through Travel Agent was awesome. The only issue that I can think about was the hotel in Hanoi (Siva Luxury Hotel), the accommodation was supposed to be Executive room but we were arranged in Deluxe room. The cab drivers are professional and punctual. The tour guides were wonderful & very happy to explain their rich culture and heritage. The Travel Agents Tina and Lala were extremely helpful and patience in answering all our queries anytime. Thank you all for making this visit a worthwhile.

The travel guide in Ho Chi Minh gave each one of us only one bottle of water for the whole day. He was also asking tip from each one of us forcefully. Nice hotel in Hoi An. We needed another day in Hoi An to explore more.

Overall it was a lovely experience. Love how timely updated and co ordination was bring done by My agent Sophie! She was always available for help and to solve our queries,! The trip was well planned and it was a memorable experience for us! Hotel quality can be improved little! The halong bay was the best part of the trip and which left long lasting sweet memories

I was planning to surprise my better half to trip to Vietnam. S Vietnam and Mr Michael turned up to make our experience memorable. S Vietnam gave one of the best deals in the market. Michael was extremely attentive to our needs in the booking phase and tailor made us our trip including everything. Airport pick ups, flights in country, transfers, tours, private tours, excursions and all. Everything was taken care of and if we ever had a question Michael would get back to us in seconds with the answer. I cannot praise this company enough for everything they have done for us. Everything was perfect from the wonderful accommodations, fantastic tour guides, great transfers. If you do one thing when you get to Vietnam no matter where you land is get in touch with these guys. There are so many dodgy travel agents out here but S Vietnam are the real deal always putting the emphasis on fantastic customer experience of this great country. Thanks Michael. We will be back again and of course will organize everything through you.

1. The response from Asia Authentic Travel Company has been fantastic. The trip by them was planned very well keeping even small details in view. The dealing of Asia Authentic representative was excellent. Highly recommended to all travelers to Vietnam. 2. However, dealing from Travel Triangle has been very poor. There has been no response to the queries and issue resolution. Yet to get the Tax Collected at Source documents. Hope after this feedback, someone from Travel Triangle will get in touch and resolve the issue.

The trip was very good. Everything was planned well except few things. At Bana hills we had to leave the place an hour early from the schedule time in the itinerary. That place is huge and even a full day would be less to explore it. But we were given only few hours to see all the things and so we had to rush to all the places there. The room on the cruise at halong bay was smaller than what was shown in the itinerary. Infact the cruise itself was changed so what I checked while making the booking was of no use. Though the was not bad but I think I paid for something even better. The activities planned on the cruise was not the same as mentioned on the itinerary. So they should mention what is actually going to happen there. I had lot of expectations but didn't get those experiences. Again at Hanoi city tour, all the places mentioned in the itinerary was not covered something else was shown to us which was not mentioned. At Hanoi they booked a business hotel for us which mostly has two single beds. So on our 1st night of stay those bed were joined together which was not at all comfortable. Later we requested to change the room and after returning from halong bay we got a new room which was a lot smaller than the previous one with a double bed. Instead we could have been booked a different hotel of same standard which is not a business hotel. Apart from this the trip was well. We covered most of the important places in Vietnam. We were given a hotel in Hoi An instead of Da Nang which was a great suggestion we loved the place and even the hotel there was good.

Our trip was so fantastic. A big big thanks to Tanvi madam who planned it so wonderful. Really liked the hotels,cabs and driver. So great & good drivers were there. Everything was fantastic about the trip. Again a big & loud thanks to Tanvi madam. At ubud swings,waterfalls & Nusa penida.

Our vietnam tour was as planned. All the places were covered as in itinerary. Sophie from bamboo hat tours and Harvinder were always available whenever we had any queries. Hotels, food and cab/bus daily tours were good. Only didn’t like the hotel at Hanoi. Rest everything was perfect.

Hanoi - first day going around the town, second day tour to caves, luxurious Aspira cruise, Da Nang, Ba Na Hills, Scuba diving, Sun World, Dragon Bridge, Hoi An tour, My Son Sanctuary, HCMC..and the list is long 5/5 stars for everything So smooth, luxurious and comfortable trip. We returned with only beautiful memories, lots of shopping and a great time that we had to cherish forever Thank you so much for this wonderful time! ❤️❤️ Jenna went out of her way to make my trip the most memorable one. No words are enough to thank her and the least I can do is recommend Jenna to everyone whom I know are planning Vietnam! Kudos and Thank You!! everything was so well arranged!

The hotels were good, located in very good localities. Hannah, my point of contact was very helpful. All the plans were made in a very beautiful way. There were some sudden changes in the plans, which I didn't like much. The transportation provided for the first day was perfect, a limousine but after that there were normal buses which I didn't like much. Last day the cab was worse. The guides on the last fews days could be better with better plans. We could have spent some more time in some places. Overall the trip was very good. Learnt many things. All the places we visited were beautiful. Especially the cruise Amanda with the views of Halong Bay and the staff were very hospitable. Vietnam will call me again I think.
