    Overall coordination during the 11 days tour and VISA assistance was Good, barring a few service misses for which I am expecting ( assured and waiting to receive).a refund from the Company. 1. One Airport pick up at OSLO paid by me and invoice provided to FHG on request for refund . 2. Out of 10 Breakfast included in the package for each person 2 breakfasts were missed and a refund is due. 3. Local lunch/dinners included in agreed package ( check final quotation) were also short. I leave the Tour Company Fly High Group to work out the amount and refund ASAP in Good will, to the account details provided to them. Trust the same will be concluded without further follow up. Copenhagen Hotel and Lapland activities. The activity operators selected by the Company were very good in most of the locations. We could enhance our experience by adding a trip to Malmo on our own and upgrading overnight Cruise to OSLO, the standard cabins being suffocating squeezed in size.

    I am Sorry to say that after associating with Travel Triangle for almost a decade for both Domestic and international travel, this trip was an extremely disappointing one. The Problem is with the Agent Hub Holiday. if you are in for a Roller Coaster ride of anxiety and tension, Hub Holidays is the agent to go. Let me number down the pointers: 1. The lady (i dont want to name) was extremely impolite and had no intelligence about the Final tour details. The whole trip was spoiled because of lack of knowledge she had. Later Prashant came in and damage control could be done. He was informative and supportive. 2. I had asked the servicing lady when sent me the documents for Visa Processing that ticket doesnot have PNR and she confirmed that Booking reference number is enough. Visa office put up a query on exactly the same thing. Sorting that took time and meanwhile as adviced again by the agent, all the bookings were released and had to be rebooked. I was asked to pay additional 20K as ticket rescheduling charges and fare hike. When i checked, the fares were actually lesser. 3. Another Irony of lack of knweldge, the Schengen Visa came exactly on the day before my proposed date. So i requested the servicing lady, can we go as per schedule. Then she gave me an excuse that the transit visa for Qatar/ Doha needs 2-3 days at least. Later when trip started, she said, she can arrange it. Later She sent me a screenshot saying, Its visa on arrival. I mean, this is basics. if the passenger has to do all things, then why r we dependiong on these agents. 4. The Finland was maily to see the Northern lights. There were tickets on unlimited category with refund if Northern lights were not seen. Hub Holidays had no clue about such a catergory itself. They booked a mediocre category and the agency in Rovanemi did a very poor job and I couldnt see the northern lights. 5. After spending more than 3 lacs I had to come disappointed. There are more smaller things, which I dont want to highlight. Hub Holidays is not happening at all. Sorry to say that.

    Traveled end of September & 1st week of October, it was for 9 days, 8 nights. Covered Amsterdam, Bruges, Paris, Interlaken, Lucerne. Opted the services of KukuTrip to help with the planning and booking of the trip. Ms. Sonia was the primary contact and she was involved from the start to the end of trip. Mr. Shubham helped with going through the complete itinerary before the travel date to prepare for the trip. The trip was planned as per my requirement and they also advised whenever they thought the had a better way to go about but they never pushed me to do things their way. I always had the freedom to choose what i wanted. The whole planning and itinerary was finalized before booking and they never went back on anything that they had promised.
