Moreover in the initial stage of trip itself we informed that as we are with kids and infant so we may find delay in picking up the taxi but they haven’t taken into consideration, which causes us to pay amount of 40 SGD as we were not able to pick the taxi on time (delay of just 15 mins). When we have informed to travel triangle representative (Bhawana) then she took time to understand the situation from their sub agent and after that she started talking in the way as if we only have did a mistake. So the overall experience wasn’t good at all. We only created by ourselves, as such nothing from the travel triangle to make it memorable!
