Deshashan Hotel was very good in Varkala and also their room service. Neelkanta hotel at Kovalam beach was also good but we were expecting bigger room than what was provided to us. Food was good. The only negative thing on this trip was that we could not enjoy Varkala Beach water activity as it was closed and we were not able to explore Varkala.

We spent a lot of time in searching the places to visit which was not expected. Travel triangle poc and agent poc were supposed get in touch with us while we were in the journey, as per their commitment, but it did not happen. Travel triangle agent did not bother to reply us over a mail, we tried calling her but no luck. First day of our journey, in Cochin, we waited for 45 mins in the lobby area just because our booking was not confirmed. After I asked the agent, she replied - "Sir you were the one who wanted a hotel in Cochin. I told you in the beginning itself that you should take any of our hotels in Cochin." Is it mandatory to choose the hotel from the list agent has? If we would have booked the hotels from their list then we would have got better service? All the hotels we searched were really good, I would recommend my friend's. Our journey was good, we have gathered a lot of good memories from Kerala.
