It was a wonderful trip to Kerala, well organised by Arha Holidays. Vouchers and cab details were provided in advance. We are totally satisfied with the accommodation and cab service. Seven Springs Plantation Resort at Munnar is an excellent place amid nature, we enjoyed our stay over there. The cab driver guided us to the best restaurants, food was very good. Totally it was a beautiful and memorable trip. Thank you Travel Triangle for making our trip plan easy and comfortable.

Only in houseboat from 05:30 PM to 09:00 PM we were not able to stay due to sweating and heat. As per the procedure, they are switching ON the AC only by 09:00 PM. This can be avoided based on request and outside weather Very good memorable trip with my family and relatives. Arrangements and food in the hotels are very nice

My 2 nights trip to kerala with my family was organised by trip trello, a travel agent proposed by travel triangle. Rates were quite competitive and driver was reasonably good. He can understand our requirements as a family with small kids and cooperated with us for visiting places as per our requests. Only one issue we faced was to extend the travelling hours on the last day till 9 PM in-place of 7 PM at the Airport. Driver was insisting to drop us to the Airport by 7 PM as per his duty hours and company policy, and charged us some more to extend the travelling hours till 9 PM. This should have been made clear before booking the trip to coordinate with our flight timings by travel agent to avoid last minute confusions.

Kerala trip is okay . Our assign driver is okay not up to the mark but he has to improve his attitude ,driving is good control . But as per Itinerary everyday two water bottle will provide in the cab but they haven't provide that after we request several time second day only they provide ,the 1st day in munnar was driver is taken in to some theme park it was wasting our time , why we went to munnar to seen natural like mountain and lake & dam etc , If we want to go theme park we can go separate trip for that why we need to go munnar for that , last day was good we book jeep safari and went to echo point and some other good places which we organized personally . Trip Sailer communication is good and recommended for to go Kerala .Hotel is not up to the mark as trail sailer is promising hotel room will book supreme but when we reach to the hotel they give us classic room Hope we will look forward for the next trip in trip sailer

On the whole the trip was good right from booking till the end. No issues there. Food in Misty river was really good and reasonable. The only downside of the trip was the pics shared of the house boat and one given to us was different. the food in the house boat was not good. Since we were vegetarians and it was clearly mentioned we found egg piece in sambar which was not acceptable at all. The food served was very cold. Not much options as well. No hot water in the house boat. When asked we were charged 100 RS for small pot of water that too luke warm. Houseboat was a disappointment. Otherwise everything was good. The driver Anas was good and patient. No problem in journey.
