Our stay was in Hotel Karan Vilas which is a very nice hotel and breakfast was very delicious there. Mr. Rahul who was the captain have well maintained and clean car has wealth of knowledge about city attarctions and history of city and gave us the right amount of information. He advised us to prepare for anything and gave us options on how to spend our days. Mr. Rahul accommodated us safely, made us laugh and provided a good amount of drinks and snacks. , Driver was not aware of trip plan. Vehicle CNG was filled only during trip starting, it can be filled earlier. During Agra trip 3 time at CNG station around 1 hour wasted. In Agra suddenly unknown guide was entered Mentioning he was from aapakTripwala. Fast tag recharge was not done for vehicle and we waited for 30 to 60 mins on highway due to network issues,he was not ready to pay for cash transactions. veler got busted and the driver managed to stop the vehicle and we didn't get hurt. He replaced the Tyre with stepney tyre and then on the way back from Agra to Delhi, again the stepney tyre got busted, then we had to walk nearly one kilometer to reach a Tyre shop to replace the Tyre, we lost 3-4 hours due to these issues. Regarding our accommodation in the Agra (Taj Inn Hotel), they provided same size (2 bedroom) room for Triple and Quadruple room and they are saying you need to adjust with the same room, after long time discussion, Holyday Journey agent managed to discuss with the Hotel people and they provided Non AC extra room for the Quadruple room. Holyday Journey agent was good but It was not a great trip all together.
