Mr. Manoj planned our 3 days Agra and Fatehpur Sikri trip. This was especially nice because I contacted him a week before our arrival. I was informed ahead of time as to who would pick us up from Agra station at 10:30 pm and who would lead our tour. Hotel check-in was hassle free and everything was well maintained. Our stay was in Hotel Karan Vilas which is a very nice hotel and breakfast was very delicious there. Mr. Rahul who was the captain have well maintained and clean car has wealth of knowledge about city attarctions and history of city and gave us the right amount of information. He advised us to prepare for anything and gave us options on how to spend our days. Mr. Rahul accommodated us safely, made us laugh and provided a good amount of drinks and snacks. We had bad experience when we reached at the Delhi Airport, we had to walk from Terminal1 to 3 and had to take feeder bus to reach the temp traveler. On the way to Agra the tyre of the Tempo traveler got busted and the driver managed to stop the vehicle and we didn't get hurt. He replaced the Tyre with stepney tyre and then on the way back from Agra to Delhi, again the stepney tyre got busted, then we had to walk nearly one kilometer to reach a Tyre shop to replace the Tyre, we lost 3-4 hours due to these issues. Regarding our accommodation in the Agra (Taj Inn Hotel), they provided same size (2 bedroom) room for Triple and Quadruple room and they are saying you need to adjust with the same room, after long time discussion, Holyday Journey agent managed to discuss with the Hotel people and they provided Non AC extra room for the Quadruple room. Holyday Journey agent was good but It was not a great trip all together.

Cab driver took 6 hours to travel from Delhi to Agra and entire day wasted and could visit only Tajmahal in Agra as we started at 10am in Delhi and reached 4 pm. Next day Mathura and Vrindavan was planned. we could visit only Krishna jhanmabhoomi and Gokul in Mathura. All temples in Vrindavan closed by then. Driver did not alert us about closing timings and could not visit many temples. I thought this will be a package and be guided. I could have taken a cab for 2 days rental and booked hotel on my own. Bad experience

Over all the trip was good but not excellent. We had good time as it was a big family trip (12 members) but not with the tourist attractions or other facilities. Delhi the hotel was good and the food was excellent, but Agra was total opposite were the food and the hotel was bad except the tourist attractions. The itinerary was not well planned as we had less time but more places to visit. Next time i guess i will also have to do some preparation before i go with all the options you provide. Thank you .
