Overall Experince was ok Types not Good nor very bad. The Hotel at one location (Shimla) is pathetic however the Manager was Polite and cooperative. At other Location (Manali) the Hotel was good, however the food, staff and Manager were all rude and non cooperative, One room was good and other Room was pathetic and was keep on troubling on daily till we left the hotel. CAB changes twice without intimation, which causes a lot of trouble.

Hi Team, This trip from Travel Talkies was not that great.On the way they told me to pay the driver when I landed at Chandigarh 10K so I told the rep Ahijith I that since am i on the way will pay the balance amount in full.then h agreed. The Hotel moon lake which was their own property no one to welcome us.No complimentary drink.They charged us for bottle of water also.Food was horrible same dish repeated ever day.Rooms were ok .Poor customer service. No other resturants to eat food. All other guest complaining too. The Manali Hotel has met 3 star expectations. Driver was ok. Overall not a great experience. Only Good experience was the Rohtang pass visit.

The travel was good. Driver was good, with all curve roads we travelled with. Hotel at Shimla was good. Food was good at hotel. Rooms were clean. Hote at Manali was good, we were not getting the cold water. Hotel people has fixed it. Rooms were clean. Dharamshala hotel was also clean. Place is cool. Dalhousie Hotel room was not neat, the lift was not operational. Bed cloth was not clean. We did not face any problem while in travel.
