Trip to HimachalPlanning and coordination was good. I would like to mention special thanks to Mr. Rakesh, admin at HOTEL SAMDUPLING in Dharmashala for taking care of us at his best. Also all service men at the hotel was pretty good. Another hotel in Dalhousie where we checked in was HOTEL NEW PALACE, there is a lot to improve right from front desk to servicing. I found front desk people bit harsh. Our cab driver, Mr. Naresh Anand he was at his best in driving.Hr

Trip to LadakhThe hotels provided were really not at all deluxe types. The one provided during the stay in pangong was very unclean...toilet was untidy and altogether uncomfortable. The hotel provided in the nubra valley was d best followed by the other hotel where we were shifted on the last day. Hotel arrangements needs a complete improvement We had the best driver who made the trip most memorable. The stay at nubrah valley was d best. Cleanliness and hospitality during the nubrah valley stay was the best.MM

Trip to HimachalFelt that the cost of the package was costly. Hospitality received in hotels was good. Could have booked sleeper buses instead of semi sleeper for the travel between Delhi to Shimla and Manali to Delhi.HH

Trip to LadakhThis trip was not just a visit to see around the beautiful landscape in Ladakh but also to get little familiar with the Buddhism culture and Tibetan refugees and to know and feel the efforts and sacrifices of Indian Army, the challenges they face to keep nation safe and how BRO and HIMANK Projects are making tourisim comfortable even at the altitudes of 18,000 ft. I must thank our driver Lapsong for his friendly behaviour his love toward nature and contributing to the cause to keep Ladakh clean and helping us to understand the life challenges in Ladakh. He was not just our driver but also turned as a very good photographer for us. He is very humble and honest in his behaviour. I must thank my tour operator Junaira from State Holidays for planning this trip for us. Overall it was a very good experience for us. I would like to give my feedback on following. Stay at Leh in Hotel Nalanda: Food at Hotel Nalanda was very good and staffs were very friendly and helpful but they need to change their spring beds which are not at all comfortable. Stay at Hunder: Himalayan eco resort in Nubra valley has a wonderful location but they need to improve their breakfast. Otherwise the location and the staffs are very friendly. Stay at Pangong: Our stay in the decided hotel was changed without informing us but the alternate arrangement was also good alongwith the food served and expected in such a remote location. Overall I will give 4 star to my trip experience. Ladakh trip will remain a unforgettable memory of our life. The mesmerizing nature won't let you blink your eyes on the way to Nubra valley while travelling alongwith the flow of Shyok river and going gentle on the mountain curves. Our visit to Hall of Fame & the Pangong lake was the best part of our trip and the morning walk on the shore of Pangong in the serene, peaceful and among the beautiful mountains with the snow on their cliffs was a real stress buster and makes one feel of the heaven.BK

Trip to LadakhThanks to Explarience, we were able to create so many memories and enjoy one of the most satisfying and joyful trips to Leh. We booked the trip in Jan and went by end of April. Emmanuel was the coordinator from the travel agency and he was very helpful in explaining the itinerary and giving us a very competitive quote. All the arrangements were very good and up to the mark. Sharing the overall positives and areas of improvement. What we liked : The hotel in Leh - Kidaar was superb. Everything was spot on - the location, people, services, food etc. This is was the best part of the trip. The Mountain Camp in Nubra was fine as well . In Pangong, since the tents were demolished , we were shifted to Pangong Residency Hotel, which was a blessing in disguise as it was extremely cold and would have been a nightmare to stay outdoors . In short, all accommodations were fine. The food was basic but tasty at Pangong and Numbra (Kidaar had a huge tasty spread for bkfast and dinner) and that's okay considering the adverse ,remote locations and the scarcity of necessities in these places. Our driver Stanzing Meyo was excellent driver with good knowledge around the places. You need skillful and dexterous drivers here as the roads are super dangerous. Overall, the goods weigh much over the issues we faced. What could be improved : We were not explicitly told that this was not really the season and hence it was supremely cold even in Leh. We did our study and found out the weather conditions and luckily carried the thermals that were a must on all days. We were stuck in Changla for 6 hrs and atleast 3 hours of it contributed to the low maintenance of the vehicle. The chains that were to be tied to the tyres were broken and it could not be fixed on the tyres and without it the vehicle could not brave the ice-ladden roads. These precautions or inspections of basics should be done before the trip starts. Nevertheless, the driver tried his best to get things going. Me, my husband and my daughter thoroughly enjoyed the trip and everything was very smooth from planning perspective. Thanks to the Explarience team. They did a great job. We would definitely recommend them to family and friends. In fact, we have already been getting queries from our friends and we are directing them to Explarience. Travel Triangle folks - No one contacted us to brief on anything except reminders for payments and a couple on times, when we wrote some concern mails when situation was not so good in the valley during Mar. We expected a better response from them.CG

Trip to LadakhOur trip was a success thanks to LazyYatra. We were able to visit all the places in our itinerary thanks to the weather at that time. Our first stay was in Taka Residency in Leh. So it is a nice hotel. The owner is present their most of the time. So in case you have any difficulties you can talk to him directly. Our room was good. Their was a terrace near our room which had a very good view of the mountains. Food was Ok. Most of the time it was veg. They have an kitchen where they prepare the food. Food choices are limited though. Staff is very cooperative. Our second stay was Shyok Camp Nubra. The tent accomodation was good. We stayed their for one day and food was ok and veg. Camel ride in Nubra valley was a very good experince. Our Third stay was at Pangong in Ladakh Summer Camp. It says the place is in Spangmik but it is not. It is located well before Spangmik where all other tents are available and its google maps location is also wrong. Tents their were ok but they don't protect you from the cold, but they provide you blankets. Food options were a little better in the dinner menu. If you have a breathing problem, please don't forget to carry a Oxygen Cylinder when you visit this place, which i did for my mom as she is little old, its easily available in Leh. So overall it was a very good experience, we were able to conquer the mighty himalayas and had a pleasant stay everywhere and reached back home safely. Special thanka to our driver Dawa Tashi who drove well through the treacherous roads of mighty Khardungla and Changla Pass and made it possible to see all places in our Itinerary. Thanks to Yugal of LazyYatra for making all the bookings. If you are booking with travel traingle I would recommend you do have a look at his quotes before booking with anyone. They are cheap and offer more value for money. Thanks, Cheers !AS

Trip to LadakhWe had a great trip. Leh is mesmerizing. 3 of 4 properties we stayed at were awesome. I had taken my parents along with me so expected more information about routes and stay conditions. Like the road via changla pass was really bad. I just expected the travel agent to be a little more cooperative. He had promised me one hotel before making advance payment but then after payment he realised that the place was full and so we had to split the stay at 2 different places. But the agent was also attentive in replying. He was always available to answer our questions , though he didn't have enough knowledge about activities and their pricing in Ladakh. Overall, it's my first booking on travel triangle and I think it went well. The scenes on the way to Nubra Valley, Snowfall at Khardungla and Pangong Lake.SR
