The overall experience was average. The hotel was not up to the five-star standard as mentioned by the travel agent — the Wi-Fi was not working during our stay, which was inconvenient. However, the hotel manager’s polite and helpful attitude stood out and was much appreciated. The cab driver was punctual and maintained a polite and professional attitude throughout, which made our travel smoother. That said, I believe the travel agent should take more care in understanding the client’s needs and clearly communicating the reality of what’s being offered, rather than overselling. Transparency builds trust and is more valuable in the long run than just making a sale.

It was 10 days family trip with Travel Talkies, and it was one of the best travel experiences I've had. Every detail was thoughtfully planned, and the journey was filled with scenic beauty, adventure, spirituality, and culture. Special thanks to Manisha Raghuvanshi for coordinating throughout the trip and fixed issues immediately. Treated us like a family had close communication each day in WhatsApp and call. Travel Talkies covered Shimla, Kufri, Manali, Kullu, Kasol, Manikaran, Dharamshala, Dalhousie, Wagah Border, and Amritsar and it was absolutely amazing! From scenic view from Shimla and snow-capped mountains in Manali to the peaceful vibes of Manikaran and Dharamshala, the scenic beauty of Khajjiar, and the patriotic energy at Wagah Border, every stop had something unique to offer. The entire trip was smooth and well-organized comfortable cab, good hotels with mountain view (except small issues which handled well by Manisha), and a very friendly and skilled driver (Gian and Ravi Thakur made our journey smooth and intresting. Overall had a good experience. Few issues faced which kind of made the experience average at the end. 1) Had issue with check out from the second hotel where they informed me that payment was not made. I had to coordinate with the travels at 6 AM to get this resolved (luckily one of the representatives picked up the call. The main contact did not pick up the call). This was not a pleasant experience as we were trying to check out fast to make sure we are able to reach airport on time for our flight. 2) Cab driver was great in general but was really hesitant to switch on AC and even switched on, he was keeping it at very low speed which did not help at all.
