Gaurahmay's 4 days trip to Himachal

I recently booked a trip to Shimla-Manali through Travel Triangle and its vendor Ideal Tour, and I must say it was an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience. The services provided were far below the standards promised at the time of booking. Right from the first day of the trip until the last, there was a complete lack of professionalism, communication, and courtesy from both the agency and the vendor. Neither of them made any attempt to check on customer satisfaction, nor did they extend even basic courtesies such as a simple "hello." Despite multiple calls on my part to seek assistance, my calls were consistently ignored. Shockingly, when I withheld the final payment due to these unresolved issues, the agency responded rudely, scolded me, and even refused to facilitate my hotel checkout. Additionally, after collecting the advance payment, they changed the originally promised hotels to inferior properties without my consent. These alternate accommodations were of poor quality and lacked the basic amenities clearly listed in the package. Overall, this experience showed a complete lack of organization, accountability, and respect for customers. The wide gap between promises made and actual services delivered ruined what should have been an enjoyable trip. I had expected far better professionalism, customer care, and ethical business practices from a platform like Travel Triangle and its partners. Based on this experience, I will not be recommending their services to anyone and would strongly urge others to exercise caution before booking. The Ideal Tour scolded me, and even refused to facilitate my hotel checkout. Without giving good star rating the website is not letting save feedback.

Over all trip was very good. We enjoyed a lot in first 2 days at manali. In shimla hotel they provided during 1st day the room is very bad and the way to the hotel was also very Dangerous. The driver faced very difficult to ride because it is very narrow. The hotel at shimla which is given to us not recommended. If they travel with ALTO CAR then fine other vehicles can't go. Over all trip is good. Snow fall at atal tunnel is very good. Very best moment in our life

Ishani's 3 days trip to Himachal

The overall experience was average. The hotel was not up to the five-star standard as mentioned by the travel agent — the Wi-Fi was not working during our stay, which was inconvenient. However, the hotel manager’s polite and helpful attitude stood out and was much appreciated. The cab driver was punctual and maintained a polite and professional attitude throughout, which made our travel smoother. That said, I believe the travel agent should take more care in understanding the client’s needs and clearly communicating the reality of what’s being offered, rather than overselling. Transparency builds trust and is more valuable in the long run than just making a sale.
