I recently booked a trip for my parents to Gaya, Varanasi, and Ayodhya through Yattri, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Our agent, MD Kasif, was extremely helpful and ensured everything went smoothly. My parents had a wonderful trip, and everything from the hotels to the drivers and cars was top-notch. I highly recommend Yattri for their excellent service and attention to detail. Thank you for making this trip memorable for my parents!

Saurabh's 5 days trip to North East

Hello Travel Triangle team, First of all, thanks for organizing blissful journey with my family, which we all had enjoyed a lot. Kudos to the team!!! Below are pros and cons which I like to highlight for reference. 1. Our travel agent was Akhilesh Srivastava from Indeman Travel, who managed our trip well enough and handled few hiccups very efficiently. 2. Cab drivers, Yassih Adohc for Gangtok and Musaddik Alom for Assam and Meghalaya, both had done a tremendous job and took us to every tourist place as per the itinerary on time. Thanks a lot to both guys. 3. Hotels were good enough for night stay, mostly with no issues. 4. Pickup-drops were done on time, no issues in that. Special mention - "Musaddik Alom" helped us in reaching hospital with our kid in shillong. My kid fell down in shillong Hotel room and got hurt. He also managed to complete the itineries along with the hospital. special thanks to the driver. 5. Hotel Kaso in Gangtok was good however it seems like property being managed by inexperienced staff, as I was traveling with my 3 years old kid and there was requirement of milk, at first instance they didn`t respond positively (could be issue of language barrier) and told us that there was no availability of milk however after Akhilesh intervention, they provided us milk. When we asked for tea in room service at 6:30 pm, someone said from reception "abhi to dinner banna start ho gaya hai Gas khali nahi hai". this is not acceptable. if you have a hotel with so many floors and rooms, you need to equip your kitchen with multiple stoves. Food quality was so-so, the servers were courteous however some of the food items were not hot like poha was served cold which became hard, upma was dry and could have been cooked more. Kindly arrange hotels which has microwave to serve hot food and provides milk facility specially when there is a travelling family with Kid. 6. We stayed at La-Castle in Shillong and had a great experience over there with no issues. 7. La Kuper Inn at cherrapungi was not good enough, things were limited due to remote place which is fine for us, however staff doesn`t seem to care much about guest instructions as I explained them in advance, in written and verbal instruction both that to make a dish without onion-garlic for my father at dinner however they skipped the instructions and in the end my father ate chapatis without any curry/dish, it was disappointing for us and made the stay uncomfortable. Breakfast was late, food was below average and our driver didnt got food and water in the washroom. At last, the driver "Musaddik Alom" left without breakfast and bath. Not recommend at all. Also, in one of the bathroom (Room no 9), there was issue of water clogging. During bath, the water was getting filled in the bathroom. 8. Riwar Cottage was good, food options were limited and amenities like wifi, tv was not available due to remote village location, however it was fine. Staff was courteous and services were provided on time efficiently. 9. Arna Residency at Guwahati was good for stay, no issues here. however one thing I would to inform that staff needs some more training about how to behave with guests specially senior citizens. After check-in, my father asked for 4 cups of tea to be served in room, but the staff in reception said "72 rs ki hai ek chai". We didnt asked for the rate, it was weird for us however we ignored it. 10. Two hiccups were there during check-ins, when we reached La-castle and Arna residency, we were informed that our booking was not confirmed, however it was resolved by Akhilesh at that time. Hotel management informed us that "the bookings are being made on spot. In case, no rooms were available, what you would have done, Sir?" I would like to mention here that in such case we would have been sent to another hotel which is not good. The hotels should be always pre-booked. so that the tourists dont need to wait. Few Pros: 1) La-castle food was great for us. they followed all the instructions perfectly. 2) Riwar cottage provided all the facility they had on time. their behaviour is phenomenal as they were always responding with a smiling face. 3) Both the drivers were great. Overall trip was good and we enjoyed a lot, Thanks to the Indeman Travel and Travel Triangle team once again.

The Honeymoon Trip was Amazing! The Travel was a piece of cake! It was our first trip with Travel Triangle. I contacted the travel company with our interest to visit Mysore, Coorg & Ooty in January 2020 for 7 days. I was delighted with the quick response & packages I received. Our travel Agency LEE VACATIONS, planned everything just perfectly. We really want to appreciate three persons who organized and implemented the tour very well. Firstly, Ms. Bhargavi the Tour Planner, She took personal care in designing the package to suit our needs & gave us exactly what we needed & assisted us at each & every turn. She is such a lovely lady, so soft spoken, ever smiling & cheerful on phone & ever ready to show us multiple options in hotels & resorts with so much patience. Thank you so much Mam. Wish you the VERY BEST in your career. I must congratulate Lee Vacations for such wonderful employee delivering excellent hospitality. I still remember while making bookings confirmed, I had so many questions in my mind about the travel agency, driver, safety, hotels and so many other just like anyone would have on their first journey, but this lady BHARGAVI MAM, said me so sweetly that “Sir, chinta nahi karne ka, sab bolte hain bhargavi ne kiya toh ho gaya..” it brings smile to me whenever I talk about this. Secondly, Mrs. Ramya the Tour Coordinator, She is very kind & had made proper arrangements. She was always just a call away. The trip was well organized conviently covering all places as per the itinerary. She followed us till the trip ends. The cab provided was clean & good. & Last but not the Least, Mr. Vijaya Kumar, our Cab Driver cum guide. He is also very good & polite. Always eager to show us places. He drove with patience during the entire journey. Thank you very much sir for covering most of the places and very well time managed. We felt really very safe. The resort was beautiful, the view was mesmerizing. The weather in Ooty & Coonoor was amazing. We were above the clouds, that was just waaoooo…!! Truly IT WAS A PARADISE..!!! The food was delicious. No problems for vegetarian food. Everyone there were so friendly. With my Experience all I can say is, Lee Vacations are Trust worthy in organizing trip. Thanks for all your travelling tips & suggestions. We can’t wait to go back! We will definitely contact you in future. We would love to do another trip in a year just don’t know where yet!! & Thank you Travel Triangle, because of you we could have met Lee Vacations & Lee Vacations once again Thanks for planning an awesome trip. You guys are worthy of saying thanks for a well done job. We do highly recommend LEE VACATIONS to travelers who are planning for a wonderful trip. The travel triangle staff are so supportive and quick turn around people for everything....... The Hotels they booked for us in Shillong and Cherrapunji are so good and the staff is really polite, the destinations they selected and the travel plan is also really good. But the driver they gave is a very bad person(his name is Hemen) who will loot customers, It was said that he is our guide but he never guided us at any place even after we ask "Bhaiya humko yaha kuch bhi pata nahi, jara aap batao na"............ He just used to say "Seeda jaaav, left and then take right you will get the place", One day we reached to Shillong hotel from Cherrapunji, and we checked in into the hotel and asked the driver to stay for 5 mins(to go to police bazar) and by the time we placed our luggage and came out he just dissapperared, when we called him bhaiya aap kaha ho jaldi ajav hum police bazar jaana hai, his response is "App taxi pakad ke Police bazar jaav, merako kaam hoke chala gaya and trust me its not even night its evening 4.30 PM, We called him for multiple times and asked him to come but his reply is "aap taxi pakad ke jaav", Why should we walk on to main road and take the taxi and go to police bazar when we paid so much for the trip? He is just the driver and not a guide, He never used to tell about any place even after we ask. I am reducing 2 points because of the driver they gave or else everything is good with Travel Triangle.

Things To Do In Bodh Gaya

1. Eat Delicious Delicacies At Mohammad Restaurant

Near the tourist bus park, you will easily find this restaurant that’s quite famous because of its top-class multi-cuisine menu. It offers Indian, Thai, Tibetan, and Chinese cuisines.

2. Visit Siam Thai Restaurant

It’s near the Mahabodhi Temple and is famous for its authentic Thai food. The ingredients used in cuisines are directly imported from Thailand, and the interior is blissful with Buddhist artifacts and motifs.

3. Make A Trip To Dungeshwari Caves

Find out if the Bodh Gaya travel packages include a trip to these temples, also termed Mahakala Caves. They are 12 km away from the city of Bodhgaya. There are three caves with different yet beautiful Buddhist shrines, where Lord Buddha used to meditate.

4. Meditation Courses

If you plan on attaining the ultimate inner peace on your Bodhgaya tour itinerary, then there are institutes in and around this town offering timely-bound courses. The time frame is usually from October to March.

5. Attend Local Festivals

Festivals like Buddha Jayanti (for Lord Buddha’s birthday ceremonies), Buddha Mahotsava, Kagyu Monlam Chenmo, Nyingma Monlam Chenmo, and other festivals are celebrated here.

Tips

  1. Carry a flashlight because electricity can be a problem here.
  2. Rent a bicycle, which helps to explore the town in one or two days.
  3. Make sure not to wear shoes inside any temple or Buddhist monastery.
  4. Do not use video cameras or phones until and unless it is allowed inside the monastery.
  5. As this is a pilgrimage site, visitors are expected to wear appropriate clothing while visiting holy places as well as exploring the town.

Bodh Gaya is a cultural and religious hub. Booking the Bodh Gaya tourism packages is a smart choice for you when you are traveling with family or friends and have no idea where to begin and how much to spend.
