Firstly, the itinerary provided was well-planned and covered some of the most stunning destinations in the region, including Srinagar, Gulmarg, Pahalgam. The transportation arrangements were comfortable, and the vehicle was clean and well-maintained. Our car Driver was knowledgeable, friendly, and made the experience even more enjoyable by sharing interesting insights about the local culture and history. The accommodations were generally good, though a few could benefit from better maintenance. For instance for Pahalgam stay. However, the locations of the hotels were excellent, offering beautiful views of the surrounding landscapes. The food provided during the trip was delicious, and it was a great introduction to Kashmiri cuisine. However, I would suggest offering more variety, especially for travelers with dietary restrictions. Trip was good, very good hotels. Driver provided was late mostly. Updated to the Travel agent(Ramiz) he tried helping but I guess no actions were taken by the company in Indonesia. This could have been better, I had to communicate with driver to track him as no communication for each day itenary was communicated. All the itenary rough sheet was sent to me before trip but I guess the drive was well rehearsed for it and keep making late and so had to miss few excursion in the list and understood very few things in english but rest experience was good as whatever place we visited driver got all the tickets and waited enough till we were ready to start and he also suggested few activities that we missed. Overall was good experience but could have been better
