Our Driver and specially our tour guide Mr. Corn are superb!!! We enjoyed a lot!! And also I wanted to thank Shubham ,the Co ordinator of our trip. Yashodhan Joshi

Yashodhan's 11 days trip to Cambodia

The trip was very well organised. There were a few hiccups though. The Da Nang Red-Shanked Doucs monkey trip was a shambles. The jeeps made such a noise that the monkeys must have fled deep inside on hearing the sound! I had lugged my 100-400 telephoto all the way to be able to take a shot of these monkeys. The person conducting the trip was in a hurry of completing the trip. Apart from this deep disappointment, the rest of the trip was well executed. We needed a change of guides in Siam Reap which was done immediately. The Halong Bay cruise was supposed to be a 5* cruise but we did not experience it that way. The vehicles picked us on time and the crew appeared to put in extra effort to make us comfortable. All in all a good trip save for the couple of hiccups I mentioned. I would definitely travel again with Eric if he fixes these few lacunae.

    Manvir Das

Manvir's 8 days trip to Cambodia

Ha long Bay cruise could have been better as the images shared and the cruise booked was a completely different one.Food was not that great with limited options when one has to stay for 2 nights as they serve same menu for the next night also, even after repeatedly telling to serve something different. Breakfast too was not that good. Next Ba Nah Hills trip could have been better as time spent there was too less to walk around the place. Time given was completely different from the itinerary provided. Definitely the 2 good locations of north Vietnam which are worth spending time and should be planned well.

    Safala Prasad Mahadik

Safala's 8 days trip to Cambodia

Punctual Service. Polite people. Beautiful Country. Polite people. Halong Bay was hands down the best part.

    Lyeana Cardozo

Lyeana's 6 days trip to Cambodia

Thank you Hannah & Shubham for all the planning that went into this trip. Both were very prompt with messages and calls.. The drivers on the trip were very punctual always came in 15 mins before the given time which was really good as we didnt have to wait or call anyone. The package itself was very good. We changed it so many times but both Hannah and Shubham were very patient. All in all we had a very good trip. So thank you!

    Chinmay Vinayak Joshi

Chinmay's 15 days trip to Cambodia

Well my testimonial matters the most because i am a hardcore critic when it comes to services. I was very skeptical while dealing with LVP Travels since i had read so many kinds of reviews online during my research and finalization. During my process of planning, i got lot of help from Jenny and she was very kind and happy to help. When i finally decided to go ahead with Jenny's company, i still had my doubts if the services will be delivered accurately without any hiccups. But I would say, Jenny did a commendable job in arrangement of the tour. She was in touch all through and wherever there were challenges she found out the way to deal with those to make my tour a memorable one. Just to mention, i had lots of discussions, agreements, disagreements with Jenny, but in the end the service was nice. Jenny you have earned this testimonial. Looking forward for more such associations.

    Jaydeep Sirdesai

Jaydeep's 2 days trip to Cambodia

It was an awesome experience! All arrangements were as per itinerary promised. All pickups and activities were on dot time as mentioned. Henry, travel associate from S VIet was in constant touch and always available for any additional information or help. We were in good hands and good care was taken. Must say impressed and delighted with flawless planning. 10 on 10 for activities and accommodation, travel arrangements. I strongly recommend, if you are travelling Vietnam it has to be Travel Traingle and S VIet (Now Realistic Asia). I will definitely give first preference for my future holidays.

    Best Time to Visit

The best time to visit Cambodia is between November and February. The weather during this time is neither hot nor cold; making for the perfect holiday experience One more thing you have to keep in mind is that the crowd increases exponentially during the holiday season, so if you do not want to be a part of the chaos, make sure you plan your holiday for the off-season.

    November to February (Cool season)

It is a great time and also the best to plan a visit to Cambodia and book Cambodia tour package from Mumbai. From sunbathing to visiting sanctuaries, everything can be enjoyed during this time.

    March to May (Hot season)

    June to October (Stormy season)

Stormy season that is from June to October is not considered a good time to plan a visit to Cambodia as it can hinder various sightseeing activities.

    How to Reach

Reaching Cambodia is not hard or complicated and there are many convenient modes of transport to this country.

    By Air

There are two major international airports in Cambodia. The most popular route is from Bangkok and then to the capital of Cambodia. Cambodia Angkor Air is the most popular Cambodian airline carrier. However, there is no direct flight between India and Cambodia so you will get the chance to explore another city on the way with a layover flight!

    By Rail

If you enjoy traveling by train you can arrive in Bangkok and take a train to Siem Reap. There is a trans-Siberian Railway that takes you to Cambodia from Europe as well.

    By Sea

There are two main ports in Cambodia: Sihanouk international seaport and the Phnom Penh International port. You can take a passenger boat or a luxury Cruise to any of these ports.

    By Road

If you like Road tripping for long distances, you can also take a car, but it will take three days to travel the 5400 km between Cambodia and India. This is also the most expensive option out of the travel modes.

Like any other country, Cambodia has its own set of quirks and unique characteristics which you must know and keep in mind before traveling to the country.

    • First, Cambodia can get very hot during the summer to make sure you carry light closing and drink plenty of water.
    • Second, the popular way to get around in Cambodia is by tuk-tuk, which is very similar to the Indian auto rickshaw! This is one of the many similarities between India and Cambodia.
    • As with all developing countries, poverty is one of the many social evils in Cambodia—which means you will experience being harassed by beggars. One of the more popular begging scams is the “baby milk” scam, where tourists are persuaded into buying baby milk for a beggar carrying a malnourished baby. Make sure you are wary of such scams!
    • The nightlife in Cambodia is not to be missed. The night brings cooler air and the opportunity to use bright and colourful lights, so while in the country, make sure you venture out and explore the country after 8 pm, when people actually come to life!

There is nothing more rewarding than a vacation to a place from where you can take away more than just pictures and souvenirs. Cambodia tour package from Mumbai offers you a piece of itself—a slice of ancient Asian history and happiness amidst the humidity and heat. Do not miss out on this opportunity to be a part of the fascinating culture of this highly underrated Southeast Asian country.
