Hotel at Jaisalmer and cab services were good. But resort at Sam was a let down. We didn't find a tent with clean toilet, even after changing the resort. And we paid extra for chosing a larger room. And travel agent was not responding to my calls Last day during check out our travel agent said drop to airport was not included even though it was included. My experiences: 1. Flight - How can an international flight booked back to back, I don't understand. The gap between both flights is 1hr 30 min. While going from Hyd to Langkawi stop over at Kualalumpur was 1.30 hrs. Now late departure of flight from hyd was delayed due to rain by an hr. At Kualalumpur one has to pass immigration & then find out which gate the flight is taking off within 30 min. Which level one has to go there is no one to help out. In fact I had to run & was the last person to enter the plane . Similarly while returning same thing happened. The flight took off late & reached Kualumpur at 20.25 pm local time. Flight departure from Kualalumpur is 20.50. practically I had to run to reach the gate. Now after reaching & when about to board the captain on technical ground didn't allow flight to take off. It's further delayed now. Don't know at what hr I'll reach Hyderabad. 2. Malaysia tour- Your DMC, Deepak has planned my trip wrongly. There was no free day in Kualalumpur. In fact if you see his itenary made for me Petrojaya tour etc was not there . As a result he kept a free day in Kualalumpur unnecessary at my cost - hotel stay & food . This was not acceptable to me.I had already intimated Nishita & Sailja of House of travels. In fact with their intervention on the last day before departing to Bali, Petrojaya tour was arranged hastily. The driver initially told me he is scheduled for airport drop only. But only after I spoke to Sailja, she managed to instruct concerned agent & hastily completed the site visit. Since the driver requested me to co-operate as he had a pick up from airport I hastily took some pics & left for airport. Bali - No issues at all. Enjoyed my stay. Suggestion - Henceforth while booking international flights do have a time gap of at 3 hrs for unknown eventualities. Further for a new person finding out the gate no where language is an issue becomes a problem . Distance between arrival & departure dates are quite long distance not to speak of immigration formalities. Apart from above trip is excellent.

Good experience overall, trip was handled by Ms loveneet, she was available all the time for smallest concerns, only issue was with the food in the hotels where we stayed but overall trip was organised well by gateway of desires. Again it was really a great experience with travel triangle. Trip was well organized and always feel safe through out the trip. Looking forward to have amazing trips in the future.

My stay in Kaza at Nyma Mudhouse was fine until the morning I checked out as the caretaker of the property peeped through the bathroom window while I was in the shower. I raised it with my travel agent as well as the owner of the property and it was dealt with, however, it still haunts me till date. Would suggest if you thoroughly check and verify the hotels/homestays before agreeing to do business with them as a tourist trusts you and goes ahead with your travel plan. Rest everything was just splendid especially my stay in CHHITKUL at Avika Homestay. Their hospitality, warm and welcoming service as well as the feeling of being treated like I belonged there touched my heart!

Entire trip was good except the additional charges they asked for child. Travel agent and hotel argued that child is not included in my request. Though it was clearly mentioned in the invoice, 3 adults, 1 child, they blamed Travel Triangle for not sending them the child's information. Finally I had to pay for child additionally for 1 breakfast.

It was really a awesome experience with Navigatio. Follow up and support start till end was very good. Driver was ready at sharp time always as per the schedule. Covered all points mentioned in itinerary. You can enjoy a headache free trip really happy with the service provided by the team. Hotel Glovv in Pattaya was very nice. But hotel in Bangkok Byioke suite was also good but not maintained well. Like bhut bunglow. Rest overall experience was very very good. You are providing the best, so need 10 times follow up for review on Google this only the I dislike. Thank travel triangle and Navigatio team. Keep it up!

Appreciate your customized plan to enjoy the Coorg trip. All went well. it could have been better in few areas below. 1.Accommodation Breakfast quality & quantity. 2.preferred Language driver unavailable. 3. plan & best timings to cover them could have been shared with driver from Traveltriangle to avoid missing few tourist places.
