We recently booked a Kerala trip to Munnar, Thekkady and Alleppy thru Travel Triangle. The hotel bookings, driver, vehicle and the itinerary all were as per our expectations and we had a awesome time. The pricing and service provided by Travel Triangle was also very reasonable and good. This was our second family trip booked thru TT and we surely recommend their service to others. It definitely is hassle free and trustworthy. Looking forward to booking many more trips thru TT.

ThanX to Uzma and TMS Holidays for assisting in kicking off a memorable and our first UK and Euro trip We experienced TMS Holidays for the first time as a travel partner though we came through Travel Triangle as the platform aggregator. TT had arranged our previous trip to Mauritius in 2018 when we first experienced their services..The hotels and the cuisines that the team delivered were above average through the trip. We never thought about hunger at any point of our travel around 10 countries that We moved around. We enjoyed every bit of the Grand wonders of Europe from start of June 2024 to end today though we missed out on our visit to Vatican Museum due to unexplainable reasons. Allow me to share my personal experience on the last day at Roma tour as part of *Grand wonders of Europe*. Vatican City trip deserved more time of visit instead of a day with travel and lunch as highlights of the day. Vatican museum was missed out(default or design not known) due to deficient planning and execution while the earlier day, Vaduz visit was a wastage of long time provided with nothing to visit or see. On the last day of the Vatican City visit, the time was largely wasted by the tour manager/operator after the day’ lunch at an Indian restaurant. Do not know if the tour operator(WOW) is aware of the miss of Vatican museum due to traffic nuisance or entry ticket costs樂of 30€.. Being an experienced tour manager,(300th visit as claimed by the tour manager) the traffic woes should have been clear to him undoubtedly裸St. Peter’s Basilica @ Vatican City is large and literally enough time was not allotted to visit. This thought is prevelant among a few tourists who were part of the same trip. The tour manager, Mr. Yezdi with his long term experience of Europe added spices and knowledge to the evergreen trip that is deservingly a pick of the tour. London needed a day more of travel while Vaduz, Liechtenstein had nothing significant to impress us..TMS Holidays and Uzma made all the appreciable efforts in curating the Euro trip well along with their “global family” partners in terms of the places of visit, number of days at most places of visit and remained focussed with the quality of delivery Vs their promised commitment. Uzma in particular from TMS holidays was always approachable and helpful in every stage of the Europe tour. Keep up Uzma!! in delivering an impressive tripWe shall be remembering her fondly in our foreign destination list for long days to come.. London, Switzerland and Italy remained pick of the entire trip. Switzerland with its mountain alps while London had its Royal finish and Italy with its magnificent monuments and building would remain in our heart as the highlights of the Euro trip.

The last hotel in krabi was very problematic for 3persons to adjust. Everything was organised properly and according to the plan.

I recently booked a trip to Bhutan with Travel Triangle and was pleased with their overall services, from smooth bookings to helpful support. The first hotel was amazing, but I noticed a decline in quality with the second and third hotels, which was disappointing. Additionally, we missed several main tourist spots, which left me wondering if I missed out on some experiences. That being said, it was still a good trip, and I appreciated the hassle-free planning. The stunning, clean landscapes, the scenic drives, and the chance to try delicious local Bhutanese food were some of the best memories of the trip. Despite some setbacks, it was a memorable journey overall.

The itinerary stated that we would receive a welcome drink at each hotel, but we only received it at the Somnath hotel only. 2. It’s important for the tour organiser to have a call with guests daily to ensure everything is going as planned and to resolve any issues that may arise. 3. The cancellation policy should be more flexible to meet customer needs.

Everything was fine and good except Houseboat Houseboat was not at all good not maintained well u people should look on it no hygienic in the house boat

Everything was planned very well by Mr. Avinash Jha from Kalpana tour and travels. Every tour was started on time. Drivers were very friendly. Trip to Nusa Penida, Ulu danu and tanah lot temple were very good.
