Nice experience and would recommend using Travel triangle

I recently booked a trip to Bhutan with Travel Triangle and was pleased with their overall services, from smooth bookings to helpful support. The first hotel was amazing, but I noticed a decline in quality with the second and third hotels, which was disappointing. Additionally, we missed several main tourist spots, which left me wondering if I missed out on some experiences. That being said, it was still a good trip, and I appreciated the hassle-free planning. The stunning, clean landscapes, the scenic drives, and the chance to try delicious local Bhutanese food were some of the best memories of the trip. Despite some setbacks, it was a memorable journey overall.

The entire experience was seamless, from booking to the end of the trip. We were pleasantly surprised by the level of professionalism and attention to detail. The private vehicle was not only comfortable but also extremely well-kept, adding to the overall luxury of the trip. The driver was courteous, punctual, and ensured we felt safe and relaxed throughout the journey. Each stop along the trip exceeded our expectations, making it a memorable experience. Our accommodations were of the highest quality, adding a touch of elegance to our stay. The hospitality we experienced was top-notch, and we couldn't have asked for a better holiday. We would gladly recommend this service to anyone looking for a luxurious and well-organized trip. Points to improve 1. The itinerary stated that we would receive a welcome drink at each hotel, but we only received it at the Somnath hotel only. 2. It’s important for the tour organiser to have a call with guests daily to ensure everything is going as planned and to resolve any issues that may arise. 3. The cancellation policy should be more flexible to meet customer needs.

Everything was fine and good except Houseboat Houseboat was not at all good not maintained well u people should look on it no hygienic in the house boat

Everything was planned very well by Mr. Avinash Jha from Kalpana tour and travels. Every tour was started on time. Drivers were very friendly. Trip to Nusa Penida, Ulu danu and tanah lot temple were very good.

The Travel Agent who discussed all trip details at planning stage was changed to someone else right before trip date and I was not informed of this. Agent just informed us of pahalgam taxi union where we will have to pay additionally. But we had to pay in Sonmarg and Gulmarg as well. We had no support from our driver in any negotiations with local taxi/pony in pahalgam, sonmarg. He provided some support in Gulmarg while negotiating. A good driver can make or break your trip. Our appointed driver from his side did not suggest any good stops on any route. He was just driving and stopping at restaurants/spots where he has build relationships to get commission if we purchase anything. We had two Airport drops on last day which I had shared in the plan before travel. But he charged Rs. 1000 extra for making two visits to airport. On last day our flight was in the evening so I requested him to take us to Shalimar Bagh which was missed which he denied. So whole day we spend at hotel. He lacked any genuine empathy and sense of hospitality.

There are lot of discrepancies in actual price and quoted price. The hotel booked for us has power issues.

All the properties were good except the houseboat. The vehicle was changed to Marrazo from Innova. We couldn't visit the Kovalam beach as driver was not ready to go on that particular day. The agent didn't bothered to check how the trip is going.

Agent denied to take the cab ahead as the balance payment was pending we told him that we will make it once we reach the hotel. We were not informed that car AC cannot be used in Pahadi areas. Driver was not local most of the times we were checking the distance on Google. Overall Okay experience
