The entire trip was planned the way we wanted, and we enjoyed it. There were few issues which can be sorted by having more effective communication between the trip coordinator and the agency who are managing it on the ground. Khushboo (trip leela) did a decent job in managing the trip, however, she could be more open to suggest what's going on and what is the real issues so that expectations are made accordingly.

Overall our family/ group had memorable trip to Shimla and Manali. Except for a bit of accommodation in Shimla everything went great. Our stay at Evoke hotel in Manali was great. Tempo was with us throughout the journey. Driver Ajay was very curticious and driven us safely. Travel agent Vikas from Travelepedia was open to our requests and cooperative from the time we started the planning and till the time trip was ended. Kids too enjoyed the trip with a mix of rides and nature. Horse riding and other adventure rides at Kufri in Shimla. Water rafting in Beas river on our way to Manali. Stay at Evoke hotel in Manali. Paragliding and Rohtang pass visit. Site seeing in Manali, Enjoyed local food throughout the journey.

Travel agent was very co operative and true with their words

Very good experience by travel triangle. What room you provide in agra is worst. And also driver didnot have experience to show best south meals hotels. And drivers view best hotel means high paid hotels. And small request you must provide room for drivers and also observe car parking Every thing is best memory, aditya sir is so good

Driver was not aware of last day trip and itenary as travel agent didn’t update trip details properly and we were not aware of what is the next destination

THe hotel at Munnar is not worthy of 4 star. The toilet was smelling, although they shifted our room next day. But it could have been better with respect to price we are paying.

Thanks to Sophie and her team for arranging such a smooth and nice trip for us and being available over phone all the time, we needed some assistance in odd hours too, team was super helpful all the times whole experience was awesome for whole family, trip guides were too sweet and cooperative with the kids. All the stays were superb. Kids loved Vietnam so much. Will definitely plan my next trip also with them and recommend friends and families to plqn their trip with them.

Ashok country resort Hotel which was provided in delhi was not upto 4 star standards, doesnt have any restaurants near by. It looks like an extension area. Hotels in Agra and Jaipur were good. Driver Shiv Ji was too friendly and very supportive through out the Journey. Overall it was a good time spent except the hotel experience standard in Delhi.
